I ordered displays on Nov 8 2013 and was promised ...

I ordered displays on Nov 8 2013 and was promised for delivery on Nov 14/15 in Florida.
just called them when i did not receive my merchandise that they are shipping today.
Very poor customer service.
They do not stand by there word.
Disappointed!
