Elements Massage Mason Review

All staff were nice and informative. Loved my massage! Pete was amazing and very responsive to my requests.

I had a 90 minute massage with Christopher. It was the best massage I've ever gotten- and I've had plenty. He was very attentive on the areas I needed work on and always communicated with me throughout the massage. He worked out all of my "stress knots" and I felt wonderful when I left- as well as quite some time after. I live farther away to come frequently but I will certainly be back. The front staff was very friendly and the whole experience was extremely pleasant.

Jennifer was incredible in how she performed deep tissue massage. I've had professional massages before, but she took it to a whole new level. I came away with the most relaxed trapezius and lower back I've never had before.

Ask for Jeffrey! Hands down BEST professional massage I've had in the 2 years I've been getting them on a monthly basis. Massages are too expensive to be disappointed - you won't be if you go here especially if he is your massage therapist!

Chris is AMAZING but all booked up :) so you can see Alex or Tim who also do great work on deep tissue massages. The front desk staff are always so nice and pleasant to talk too. Highly recommend!

Great massage experience! I was greeted with smiling faces as I walked through the door, and everything was very nicely explained to me. Room was very comfortable and the massage therapist was very skilled. I would recommend this to anyone looking for relaxation!

Massage it s self was soso. Iv had better but not the worst. Staff was friendly, front desk and massage therapist. Therapist wore gloves which threw me off at first. Definitely felt weird and the sound bothered me but I m sure there was a good reason she didn t want to use her hands. What made me angry was the length of the massage. I pay monthly for a 60 minute massage. 50 minutes on hands on and 10 for clothes change. My appointment was at 12. Well I arrived a little before appointment time and didn t get back to room till about 12:05. Then took therapist probably about 5 Minutes to come back. After it s over I check my phone as I m about to walk out the door and it s 12:47. I would say it took me 3-5 to get up from bed and put on clothes and fix my smeared my make up. So if she started around 12:10 and ended 12:45( which I m being generous about since I m sure it took longer than 2 minutes to walk out the door). That s 15 minutes I paid for and did not receive.

Kathy gave me a great massage and was cognizant of a a car wreck I was in a few months ago. She was great at helping relieve the stress I had scheduled my appointment for.

Christopher is an excellent massage therapist with such a positive attitude as well as very knowledgable of his services. The studio is clean and all the staff very friendly and professional.

It was great experience, I will be coming here more often and recommend it to anyone.

Elements massage got my fiance and I into a room on the same day we called with just a 2 hour wait. It was a spare of the moment decision. Everywhere else was booked and could not fit us in on the same day.

I've had lower back problems for as long as I can remember, a few bulging and herniated discs in my lower lumbar.
Jennifer was amazing! She went to work on parts of my body I didn't even know existed - have you ever heard of a psoas?! Some muscle in the lower back... whatever she did to it, when I stood up after the hour was over, I literally felt 2 inches taller. My posture was immediately and noticeably better, I felt so loose in my hips and lower back it, was the first time in years I was walking around without some kind of pain.
Totally changed my outlook on massage. I will definitely be back!

Chris has a great energy and I've already been recommending him to friends and family! The front desk was very welcoming and it was a very calming environment.

I have loved all of my experiences at this establishment, reception is extremely friendly and helpful with bookings and welcoming and the massage therapists are amazing at their jobs. I always feel like a new woman when I leave!

My husband and I both got massages and were very pleased. We had Kathy and Tim. They really worked on our problem areas. I would definitely recommend it.

I was in a lot of pain from my job, and Todd did a great job at finding what was wrong and helping work it out from the neck down! The whole place had a very professional feeling, and yet I was treated warmly throughout the entire appointment like I was a client who was there every week, instead of a new client crawling in because I waited too long to book a massage and was slightly grumpy because of a headache. :)

Anyone who is a healthcare worker, do not bother coming to Elements Massage because they will refuse to serve you. I find it absolutely ridiculous that because my mother is a physician who puts her life on the line every day to treat patients during this pandemic, they refused to serve her.

To all the doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals working to save lives, thank you for your service. You are heroes, and deserve better treatment than this. Elements Massage, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Massage was great. Was nervous about having a man but my massage therapist Todd was very professional and really focused on my problem areas and made me feel comfortable. The massage itself could have been longer suppose to be an hour and was only massaged 45minutes.

Sheyla did a fantastic job addressing my sore shoulder--the pressure was perfect. It was firm, but not too firm where I walked away with bruises. The facility was clean, welcoming.

I booked a spur of the moment 90 mins massage with Alex, he was spectacular. He wasn't pushy and he legitimately knows how to work a serious knot out and tight muscles. Very professional. The ladies at the front desk also very professional, and genuinely nice. I already booked my next visit with them.

Online appointment system is terrible. It is clunky and inefficient. It allows you to make appointments that are not actually available. Not worth the time or trouble.

My wife and I have been going here for several years. They have a great variety of therapists so you can get the pressure level you're looking for. I've seen several therapists over the years and they all take time to listen and pay attention to the areas you are struggling with.

I see Tim and he does an absolutely amazing job on my back. I carry a fair amount of stress here and almost always have some knots and trouble spots. I always leave feeling like my muscles were a bit beat up and that the relaxation is going to set in - and it does.

Tim had just the right pressure for my first massage experience here. Everyone made my appointment so nice and made me feel so at ease. I highly suggest that you get a massage here You won't regret it.

Massage experience was ruined by pushy front desk staff trying to pressure us into their monthly plan and booking next appointment. I was there with 2 siblings and all three of us were bothered by this overzealous and dense woman who would not read our cues to stop harassing us. What's worse is that manager was not interested in making amends. They lost four customers. Buyer beware.
