spent over $600 on shelving for our campground store, arrived quickly, that's a plus..... However two of the shelving units arrived damaged. call customer service, was told they would have a manager call me back....that was a week ago.....called again, asked to send photos and did within 3 minutes of the call, still waiting for someone, anyone to get back to me! sad as I really liked several of their products and would have made many further purchases. However with poor customer service, and 2 units that are completely unusable this will not be happening......One should also be aware of the email spam......22 advertisement emails since my purchase EVEN THOUGH i HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED MULTIPLE TIMES..........NOT ONE TO ADDRESS THE BROKEN SHELVING THOUGHl

Yes you did replace the shelves after two emails (dated November 1 and November 4, your rep resentative replied November 6), a review and two more calls to customer service.
