Worthless Distributor. I had purchased a Dell XP 13 for a customer of ours. We get an old model, call Copaco and they don't take it back because the box has already been opened. No year is specified on their site.
Also with Office 365 we moved to ALSO much cheaper!
In short, a loss of 1300.00 and a dissatisfied customer. We will never buy anything from Copaco again.
We are completely crazy about Copaco's many advertising emails, several a day.
Even after 4 x written requests and 1 x call to stop this, it will continue as usual.

Bad company. Been on application. After the conversation it was indicated that il would receive a message. Now, almost a year later, I am still waiting for a response. Do not do business with it.
Messy and unprofessional. I receive (personal) e-mails that are intended for someone else, but they do not respond to my own e-mails.
Never join Copaco !. We bought a Samsung there (brand new). He arrives at us broken! and they make us pay for everything! .. Samsung indeed declares it DOA and fixes it !. So we get that device back repaired (replaced motherboard). We have not used the device for a second and it is already a repaired device. Then you call customer service and they don't even want to listen to your story. They just hang up or throw you on hold for more than 30 minutes.
Ordered some components on October 18 to assemble a PC. Everything except the ASUS ROG-STRIX-RTX2070S-O8G-GAMING GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB GDDR6 was in stock. Status was on 3-5 business days. Now the card has become cheaper and the status is still 3-5 working days. Not this week within then but cancel.

Copaco, what a lot . They take more than a year to create an account and if you place an order for 10,000, everything goes wrong on their side. They deliver to the wrong address and then pretend it is the most normal thing in the world.
Even though they have now delivered to the wrong address for 2.5 weeks, the items could not be delivered yet and our customers are waiting thanks guys! Now 2 weeks ago asked for a refund and even here we get no response ...
Expect a letter from our lawyer bunch of amateurs !!
Poor Office 365 support, it is better to purchase licenses directly than an engineer calls back within 2 hours. It can take a week at Copaco.
We bought a lot from Copaco, but we just had to return 5 laptops because they had a French layout. She didn't accept this because the box had been open.
In short, we went to Ingram who have a much better service.
Good distributor where customer friendliness is still present! Top keep it up.
