Been buying both Jaguars and Range Rovers from her...

Been buying both Jaguars and Range Rovers from here for many years (over 20). Always friendly service both from sales and after sales.
Sales team spend a great deal of time with you making sure you have the car that fits your budget.
The service department is SO BUSY therefore you need to plan to get your car booked in, good explanation when the service has been carried out and the car is valeted .. Alison and Wayne are stars.
So.. 8 Jaguars and 5 Range Rovers later we are just about to take delivery of our 6th RR and we continue to be customers of Lookers West London.

Very good service. Booked over the phone, available within 2 days, great location on A40. Service, MOT and Jaguar recall all done within 24 hours. Car in excellent condition. Very efficient and thank you to Alison. Will definitely use again.

Very impressed with efficiency of booking, arriving and checked in for my cars Mot. Dropped off at 8am, phone call at 1030 am that car would be ready by 1130am. Arrived and guy knew our names (how we had only been there briefly earlier in the day) called out for us to be dealt with immediately. Paperwork ready, paid for Mot, brief run through (no issues) and car waiting by entrance. Excellent customer service.

Shocking customer service.

Shocking customer service.
Went in there to service my car and rung up a month ahead to make sure they'd provide me with an AUTOMATIC courtesy car. Day of service comes in and the only car available was a manual XE. More great news arrives saying that I won't be able to get an appointment for another 2 weeks. Nice one Lookers, great way to take a dump on your customers.

I received great service here. They were very helpful and accommodating when I booked the car in for a service and on the day the staff were very helpful and efficient. The car was returned same day, nicely valeted, communication was excellent and the cost was fair. Would I use them again? Definitiely

Do not under ANY circumstances use this Dealership for ANY purpose. There are plenty of alternatives out there. I have a formal complaint into Jaguar regarding their conduct. They are not a fit organisation to be dealing with premium cars. Appalling.

Pathetic response from LOOKERS west London land rover, I have been trying to get in touch with the so called sales executive for 2 weeks now!!! Was inquiring about purchasing a new evoque p300 or p300e for my wife, all I got from the receptionist someone will call you back unfortunately no one did. All I can say now thank goodness they didn't get in touch!!! these people are amateurs and very unprofessional. I will be taking my business down the road to Guy Salmon land rover Sudbury on thames near Costco. Good luck West London Lookers with that attitude!!!!

Worst experience ever.Don't go there. I've been there couple of times with my car. Left my car for a sunroof and wind noise problem just before I went to holidays. Took my car with 1 day before I left the country. Sunroof problem not fixed, my keyring was missing, big scratch on my rear bumper, wind noise still there + big bill. I've contact them several times from holidays regarding the issues send them email with all the pictures...after several days got a reply with lots of apologise and a promise that all will be fixed when I return. After I've returned call them and make the appointment..I've waited 7 days for a free slot on the day of the appointment I was there... they've send me home and rebook me after one more week because of an misunderstanding. I left my car there for three days. When the vehicle was ready sunroof was not fixed still popping noises and creacks ( they asked more money to repair it after I've paid already in the first place) second keyring missing again.. and all other minor investigation were overcharged.Another bill for nothing. I've requested some explanation why the sunroof is not fixed and the answer dialog between us was:
Dealer: -Can you sing?
Me: -No why?
Dealer: - You should learn who to sing!!:))
Me: -Yes? and why is that?
Dealer: - Because when you are hearing the noises coming from the sunroof you should start singing to cover it... it will be less annoying.
Imagine that I was disgusted and astonished...the story is much complex than this I've wanted to share my experience with you. So AVOID LOOKERS!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Went to the dealership after seeing a couple of used cars on the Jaguar website, first time went to the old showroom on Duke road, park royal before they re located. There were not enough staff present to attend to me, was asked to email to book a test drive which I did and was not contacted back at all. went back a few weeks later to the new showroom to ask if the cars I had seen were still available and if it is possible to have a test drive and was refused for one and the other car was not at the showroom, again left number to confirm test drive date for a few days later. No response until week later and when they called back, I had trouble with my phone and call cut off and i have not heard back from dealership since then. NEVER GOING BACK TO LOOKERS PARK ROYAL AGAIN!!! Salesmen do not care about a potential customer and the manager spoken to at the dealership was really unhygienic not clean shaven, no professionalism. Staff do not care if they get a sale.

Believe me, I don't want anything, but you'll definitely need to improve your customer communication & service.

The first time, in spite of making an appointment to have a test drive, we were made to wait more than an hour.

For some reason, we decided to go back there. Three times to make an appointment to view a car! 1st time they took my details down & were supposed to send me an email confirmation. 2nd time, I called back as I didn't get a reply, they didn't have any of my details.
3rd time had, my test drive booked in for the next day, only to receive a call on the very morning that the car had gone for PREP!!! The car had been advertised for weeks, but why would it go for prep all of sudden? They even had the audacity to ask for a deposit, before even viewing the car.

Its the following week now & they called on Monday to say the car maybe there on Thursday, will call & inform to book a test drive.

Go to Grange Jaguar, Barnet their customer service is more warm & they look to sort the customer out immediately & not make them wait, when they've made an appointment.

Popped in recently to look at the new showroom and was absolutely stunned. Amazing experience and staff were great. I was only browsing for when I come to upgrade and was shown a number of different options that could meet my needs when the time comes with no pressure at all to buy.

Didn't get the car from here, got from Stratstone Mayfair. Much better service. However, had bring it here for a sensor fault repair. You'd think the service department would actually deliver some service? Dealing with the guy was like he was doing a huge favour for me to even accept the car despite all the paperwork ready to go. Incompetent and absolutely clueless. Had a courtesy car arranged via Jaguar assist (who are fantastic) and delivered to Park Royal and he was asking me which car it was, what the reg number was, etc. and that it was up to me to find out. You'd think they'd be a bit more organised considering the brand

Have just taken delivery of my new car. Everything about the dealership and the customer service is amazing. They made me feel really special and made it an enjoyable experience. They were really good at keeping me updated and responding to my many questions and queries. Best place to buy a Jaguar.

Went one day and my appointment time wasn t honoured, came back a week later and again appointment time not honoroured and then spent 2 hours talking to an agent & didn t even get a chance to test drive the car (of which they only had one?!) and was with a customer that came before we did to the showroom.

Despite chasing several times via email and telephone (being cut off once queueing for 7 minutes another) I never got the answer I asked for. I decided to use another dealership as I dread to think how I'll be treated if I buy a car.

Worst customer service. I have called several times asking to speak with someone in the service team as I have some question about the Jag I own and always get told that my call will be returned as no one is a available to answer. I was told on my last call that a message has also been left for the manager but one month on, no one has even bothered to return my call. Wouldn t expect such a service when purchasing a car over 40K.

I am a member of a Jaguar Owners group on Facebook and it s not just me that has experience a bad service with Lookers west London.

I would suggest going to any other dealership instead and looking at reviews before purchasing a vehicle so you are not stuck with Lookers West London.

I hope someone will return my call.

Wayne was great when you could get a hold of him. The trouble was the communication, I phoned 8 times throughout the day, requesting a call back about something regarding the car and I got no call back. Previous experiences with Jaguar services have provided step by step updates and even videos of the service summary. Although the customer service was good, the time management of the customer needs to be taken into consideration. Possibly due to low staffing.

There was no courtesy car mentioned when booking or on arrival so had to make own arrangements.

I felt looked down upon, coming into the jaguar dealership after going to the gym, but still presentable, even though I am a Jaguar customer

Can NOT recommend. No courtesy cars offered due to "COVID" when other Jag dealers around the country are offering them no questions asked. They expect you to drop off the car and walk home? No taxi reimbursement, nothing. Also expect you to pay over 40 pounds for a "COVID Sanitization spray" ontop of your service. This should be done as standard.

Once in a while I read the reviews for Lookers JLR West London. After I rejected a 60k F-Pace following dire communication from sales and service, it interests me to see what other customers think.

2 years on and recently the JLR CEO announced job losses and terrible financial results. He blamed it on Brexit. The reality is the range is largely diesel focused and no one is buying diesels, and JLR has terrible quality issues. Add to this the unbelievably poor service of what should be the highest selling flagship dealership in the UK as reflected in my experience and the many others who post reviews, and JLR should take a moment to look in the mirror and consider some of the controllable reasons as to why they are performing so badly. A CEO who publicly denounces accountability (blame it on Brexit) is a huge indicator of the issues that flow through this company and their franchise partners.



Buy elsewhere, this dealership will fail as do all non-customer centric businesses and JLR product is worth leaving well alone.

It was really bad experience with this site, the lady (Livia)who I had appointment with was very rude and impolite, it looks like she was forced to talk with us, many time she told me if you do not want to buy don't wast my time, absolutely unacceptable behaving, it looks like she was not trained to respect to customer and at the end she showed me a car and when I told her in need to think and search about the car she showed me she went to her colleagues and pointed on us and laughing. never ever again going to this site

I ve just waited over an hour just to pick up my car. Awful service, I didn t even have to pay as autoglass broke the sensors when they were replacing it. Icing on the cake was that the car hadn t even been valetted. Absolutely useless numties, and overpriced to boot (to be honest I d never take it here again even if I wasn t paying). Avoid

Worst place you can ever use... simple parts ordered and they supplied wrong parts, reordered the parts went to collect the parts waited in reception area gor 20mins untill seen.. a parts person walks out with a laptop on he's hands moving sooo slow that a wheel chair user will move faster. I just bought a car from Simon, Ivan, and Yong - the buying experience was exemplary and the after care has been great. The really looked after me and even answered my questions on their days off. I will definitely use them again. My only small grip was with the service team and when I had a small issue. But, I have been told that there is a new service manager who is about make the relevant changes. I got in touch with Ivan (Sales Manager) and he resolved the issue immediately and went beyond to make the car perfect.

Just picked up my (new to me ) used XF. I am really happy with it. Turab and Ivan showed very good customer service. Got the car down from Amersham and fixed the bits I pointed out to them.

The setting was great, always asked if I wanted refreshments.

There were some points when I had to wait slightly longer than I would have expected but they learned from our first interaction and was better there after.

The aftercare is where it could all go wrong so fingers crossed.

Booked my car in this morning and was assured a call back, later that afternoon to give me updates on works to be carried out, obviously no call back! I called back to find out that there was no one at the service desk to speak to and promised another call back!! i am still waiting for my call back!

Never ever buy your car from here, its been an awful experience dealing with the sales team. I bought my car with them 3months ago, they said they lost one of the Car Keys on the day of delivery and told me that they have ordered it and it will be posted to me in 15days. I have been chasing the sales person for over 3months now - no replies to my emails and everytime I call them she is busy but does not call me back. All I need is an answer saying it will be ready in 'x' days. Apart from this my service warning light light is been on, since the day of delivery - the promised to book it in so they can get it turned off but heard nothing back.

Sales is ok but after-sales is very very poor. An ongoing issue with my XF for 3 months which is still not resolved. Nobody returns my calls and generally they don t know enough about my car. Great car otherwise but let down with poor after-sales.

This is the worst place to buy a car from. They sell you duds and then will charge you for the service after. They are not professional or friendly; the customer service is rude. When they take your car for servicing it is never delivered back on time - you have to chase to find out where it is! From the sale to after sale it is a nightmare. If you can avoid it go elsewhere

The service department at Lookers is awful, definitely to be avoided. They don't seem to know the cars well, their attitude is poor, they are happy making videos of themselves looking at your car (they really do this) rather than sorting out problems. They tried to charge us for finding out whether the car we bought from them was faulty when it was sold, and they are defensive and argumentative if problems are brought to their attention.

By comparison, Wimbledon Range Rover have a much more service oriented attitude and are cheaper too. We won't make the mistake of going back to Lookers.

Hi Richard now that all the excitement of the weekend is subsiding and I'm sitting here in Aberdeen back at my office I just wanted to send a short personal note to say thank you for organising the delivery of the Jaguar at West London JLR - what a great modern, classy environment in which to collect the car. I had a truly awesome drive back especially through the winding roads of the Highlands of Scotland. I took the scenic route from Glasgow up the west coast through Glencoe, sweeping bends and long straights along a number of Lochs where the F-Type really showed what it is all about - what an excellent car Richard you should be rightly proud to be selling such a world beating product. Your part in this should not be underestimated as you were the fourth JLR main dealership that I came to, and frankly your personal attitude and willingness to engage with my needs was first class from the moment you picked up the phone. So a huge thank you Richard the way you orchestrated the handover was extremely memorable, my work colleagues, all of whom are petrol heads, are loving the short video clip !!

So many thanks for a top drawer service Richard.

Originally tried to buy an IPace from here - the treatment (or lack of it) from the sales staff (and sales management when I escalated the sales enquiry) was non-existent.

As a result we bought out Ipace elsewhere (from Lester at Guy Salmon in Northampton - who was excellent).

No the end of the story, as we have take the car into Lookers for some work. OMG. One person working in service on a Saturday morning - computer system down.

Do I need to paint a picture of that experience?

I wasn t very happy at all with the quality of the cleaning of my interior. Considering the price of the first year service I would have expected a much higher standard. Other than the windscreen and the dash there was not much that was touched. Also I was told that I couldn t collect my car on the same day and was told I d have to wait until the following day which is fine but I was only told this when I dropped the car off so I was a little stranded at the branch location on a working day so I had to organise last minute transport back home rather than working remotely in a near by location until the car was ready. I was interested in a service plan but I wasn t told about one. It s likely I probably won t visit the showroom for my next service unfortunately

Bought a new Range Rover Sport from Lookers Park Royal and it has been a disastrous journey every since. Exceptionally poor customer service. Can't book a service for months. Happened more than once where I turned up and they couldn't take my car. Delays and delays and false promises when the car is finally in. Range Rover are fault-prone cars but these guys are clueless on how to fix. Through exasperation I recently sold the car. Unreal. Save yourself the trouble and stay well away!

The service here is really very poor. They have had our car for a week now. We have received a couple of missed calls from a named person at Lookers, however each time we call them, they are unavailable and nobody else will help us. Have left several messages asking for a call back or even just some information, but nothing. We had some issues last time the car went in for a service as well and when I dropped the car off this time there was a very unhappy customer at the desk!
If you can go elsewhere for your service/MOT, then my advice is do and don't waste your time with this place.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My vehicle had been in another dealer for 2 weeks before I removed it, then took it to Lookers west London and i had my Range Rover velar Repaired, washed vacuumed and sanitized then return to me all in the same day. Best place to take your car.

Lookers Jaguar and now Jaguar West London provide the most shambolic and frustrating customer service experience possible. Whilst the cars are very nice, I have never had such an awful customer service experience in my life.
In 2 years, error after error and truly poor communication on their behalf has put me off their brand for good.
Whilst I love the cars, my advice to you would be to try a different dealership, as the before sales, sales and after sales experience is woeful. Spare yourself a lot of stress.

I have chased for the refund of my deposit for 12 days. Fobbed off by the salesman, the finance complaints team and the manager of the dealership. Appalling communication and very little by way of apology and still no refund. Hugely disappointing given the level of money invested in buying a car here.

Worst garage for service, maintenance and repairs ...

Worst garage for service, maintenance and repairs in London. They had my jaguar for nearly three months for basic work and I never got a call to update me on what was happening - complete black box. They literally answer the phone one in ten times if you're calling about servicing - I had to call the sales room to speak to anyone where of course they answer every call. It's no wonder they don't answer the phone - they've paid for an expensive service room (one reason why it's overpriced) where there are no permanent phones on the desk so none of the servicing team are accessible by phone and just have calls forwarded to them and so nobody is reachable.
Car came back to me missing basic parts like screws and even was dirty inside - clearly no care taken - if I can see that on the outside then I wonder what has gone on inside.
They didn't fix the issue, didn't have the parts in stock for ages, and the service team clearly hardly knew the front of the car from the back. Their laid back attitude was also shoddy.

I had to call Jaguar head office to read the riot act to get my car back in the end. Avoid this firm like the plague if you want your vehicle serviced.

I'm in shock at how bad this place is. The after sales was extremely poor and now the servicing is just as bad. I got better service form VW when I had a bog standard Polo! The only redeeming quality is the fact that the girls in the service dept are so polite and friendly.

I have to say I usually don't have a lot of time to review places but cannot hold back on my opinion on the worst customer services I have ever received. I cannot generalise all the staff but at least the staff talking to me was utterly rude with little or no knowledge of the current offerings. Beside all that he had limited knowledge about the model or the extras too. Never going back again.

GREAT CARS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very bad experience. We were considering to purchase a Jaguar. Our appointment was at 2 pm to see a salesperson, when we arrived at the dealership they were not even expecting us. We were told that they had forgotten about our appointment and they are also short of staff. So we either have to wait or just FEEL FREE to leave. Very rude staff. After waiting for more than an hour we left disappointed. Absolutely awful service, they treat you like scum as if they don't need your money and already have enough customers.
Very bad operations management, they need to have respect for people's time. If I cancel my plans and make an appointment with someone, I expect to be seen.

I had such a horrible experience this time when I went for my MOT with my Jaguar XF at Jaguar west London with my pre-booked appointment on 20th July 2017 at 8am. At 13:06, I received call from the service department, I missed the call and the person phoned left a voice mail that the MOT failed and to call back to discuss. I phoned back at 13:07, but the person dealing with my car was busy and I tried contacting him atleast 5 times and finally he phoned back at around 16:30 and told me that a tyre and brake pads need replacing. And he said that it can be done only the next day and said that I will get the car next day by afternoon.
The next day on 21st afternoon, I got a call from the guy there telling the parts did not come and I will have to wait till 24th Monday.
This was really annoying. Just for an MOT I had to wait 5 days.
Then I decided to get my car back and do the MOT locally in a garage. I took back my car and got the tyre and brake pads changed and MOT done in 3 hours. I will never ever go back to West London Jaguar for my MOT.
To add on, When I went to collect my car, I had to wait for 20 mins to get my car as the guy took that long to print my invoice. I had to pay the price of MOT for no reason.
Its been such a horrible service.

Top quality customer service from the moment I booked a test drive online until the moment I left the Dealership. Richard Coker was an excellent advisor who understood my needs and tailored my experience that day around what i was looking for. Never pushy and explained everything clearly. Would highly recommend!

I want to recognize Sarah Gardner with her service and the positive attitude. My Car had a system failure and was taken to Heathrow Jag services, since then Sarah was in touch with me and did all she can . We need more service people such as Sarah, a real Asset to Jaguar. Also if you leave a message then Sarah made sure to call back on time with a progress update. I also need to mention the Wayne. always there for you !! I had to visit the service centre urgently as the bonnet release is jammed. They took it in to the workshop, but could not fix it immediately and asked me to book the car in. Unfortunately, there are no slots for 2 weeks, which is not acceptable.
