I wasn t very happy at all with the quality of the cleaning of my interior. Considering the price of the first year service I would have expected a much higher standard. Other than the windscreen and the dash there was not much that was touched. Also I was told that I couldn t collect my car on the same day and was told I d have to wait until the following day which is fine but I was only told this when I dropped the car off so I was a little stranded at the branch location on a working day so I had to organise last minute transport back home rather than working remotely in a near by location until the car was ready. I was interested in a service plan but I wasn t told about one. It s likely I probably won t visit the showroom for my next service unfortunately
