Unreliable and Bitter are the correct words that best describe their service experience. They delayed my laundry, Lost my belongings (a shirt and backpack) putting me in a spot i can't do other than chasing them(still in pursuit). Staff gradually stopped replying and became so rude and unapologetic having no answer to my lost belongings. i talked to the owners also but never recived updates or call back.Take it or leave it kind of attitude has been adopted by them. I strongly recommend to go for some gud professional services

Last year we moved from guardini and Four seasons to Dhobi express for our dry cleaning and we have been beyond impressed with their services and quality. The have a supremely efficient pick up and delivery service. Their packaging is brilliant as well.
Highly recommend them!

Excellent service & commitment . The clothes are picked up & dropped at my convenience.I have always received my clothes in excellent condition..The packaging is good & environment friendly. I have not seen any use of plastic which is very creditable.
Pricing is reasonable for the quality & convenience.

This company is bogus, first they will ask for advance payment(so called membership). I have taken membership by making one time payment. In between all of sudden these thieves closed their laundry for renovation. When I reached to their completed/renovated setup they starting asking for cash payment for my laundry claiming that membership has expired. It was absolute shocker for me. Why should any customer will bear the cost if renovation is happening.

Can't expect more, Free pick up - reasonable price - delivered earlier than promised - great packaging, haven't seen anyone pursuing business with such impeccable quality..

So here is why I hate their service after my first and last try -
1. Took 4 days for the laundary and charged a good 420 bucks
2. Informed on 3rd day that UGs will not be done
3. Delivered the clothes but forgot my UGs which were not washed
4. Refused to deliver them and asked to take them myself
5. A simple task of a day turned out to be a week long hassle for me

The workers govern the place. By no way can the customer reach out to the management to even complain about any mistakes... Trying to get in touch with the management but all in vain ....

Too expensive at 110rs kg
I gave them some clothes and they made a whopping bill.of 550. Later they told me that the minimum pickup is 5kg. Total scam to dupe people.

Astonishingly bad service - they lost my clothes - 2 out of 18!!! - the delivery boy have no clue as he is from third party. Bad quality press!!
