Worst garage for service, maintenance and repairs ...

Worst garage for service, maintenance and repairs in London. They had my jaguar for nearly three months for basic work and I never got a call to update me on what was happening - complete black box. They literally answer the phone one in ten times if you're calling about servicing - I had to call the sales room to speak to anyone where of course they answer every call. It's no wonder they don't answer the phone - they've paid for an expensive service room (one reason why it's overpriced) where there are no permanent phones on the desk so none of the servicing team are accessible by phone and just have calls forwarded to them and so nobody is reachable.
Car came back to me missing basic parts like screws and even was dirty inside - clearly no care taken - if I can see that on the outside then I wonder what has gone on inside.
They didn't fix the issue, didn't have the parts in stock for ages, and the service team clearly hardly knew the front of the car from the back. Their laid back attitude was also shoddy.

I had to call Jaguar head office to read the riot act to get my car back in the end. Avoid this firm like the plague if you want your vehicle serviced.
