Sales is ok but after-sales is very very poor. An ongoing issue with my XF for 3 months which is still not resolved. Nobody returns my calls and generally they don t know enough about my car. Great car otherwise but let down with poor after-sales.

If you want to compete with the German manufacturers you need up your game!
