I had such a horrible experience this time when I went for my MOT with my Jaguar XF at Jaguar west London with my pre-booked appointment on 20th July 2017 at 8am. At 13:06, I received call from the service department, I missed the call and the person phoned left a voice mail that the MOT failed and to call back to discuss. I phoned back at 13:07, but the person dealing with my car was busy and I tried contacting him atleast 5 times and finally he phoned back at around 16:30 and told me that a tyre and brake pads need replacing. And he said that it can be done only the next day and said that I will get the car next day by afternoon.
The next day on 21st afternoon, I got a call from the guy there telling the parts did not come and I will have to wait till 24th Monday.
This was really annoying. Just for an MOT I had to wait 5 days.
Then I decided to get my car back and do the MOT locally in a garage. I took back my car and got the tyre and brake pads changed and MOT done in 3 hours. I will never ever go back to West London Jaguar for my MOT.
To add on, When I went to collect my car, I had to wait for 20 mins to get my car as the guy took that long to print my invoice. I had to pay the price of MOT for no reason.
Its been such a horrible service.
