My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer from Sound Ford in Renton. Our schedules were crazy, and we were looking for a specific vehicle; but the guys at Sound Ford were incredibly helpful in getting us the vehicle we wanted. We worked primarily with Ben and Chris, but also had some interaction with Tracy. All three of them were a pleasure to work with, and we never felt like we were being pushed into a car we didn't want. We were also impressed with Joe the finance manager, who wasn't pushy in trying to sell us extra warranties, etc..., and he was able to match us up with a great lender and rate. I look forward to continuing to deal with Sound Ford in the future. We are very happy with our new car, and will be referring Sound Ford to all of our family and friends. Thank you!

I just bought a brand new Focus from them and left happy. I told them my budget and they went above and beyond to make sure I got there with the car I wanted. They were also up front with the numbers from start to finish.

After leaving the lot they also caught a snafu and called it out before I even noticed something was wrong. They then worked it out and cleared everything up before the day was even over. If you go there know that you can expect them to do what they can to make sure you leave there happy or at least we'll informed.

Worst experience ever, went there for trade in. They had initially offered me 14k for trade in, but when went into the showroom, they knocked off 3k for minor scratches. Then they stated that i did not put in my car info online correctly. When all their site does is ask for VIN, how am i supposed to put all other details ?

Word of caution: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP....OR ELSE YOUR DAY WILL BE RUINED !!!

Amazing customer service! Even tho I didn't buy a car today all my questions were answered in a atmosphere where I didn't feel like I have a "gun to my head" pressing me to make a purchase.

We were not planning on purchasing a vehicle. We went to see the inventory and look at prices. Stephen, product specialist was helpful and not pushy on any of the used vehicles we looked at. We were given some information about new and used vehicles and purchased a new one with help of sales manager Johnny. The staff was very helpful and the experience was overall very pleasant. We are very happy with the new car and would purchase one from this dealership in the future.

I was not looking forward to buying a new truck but as soon as I walked into the showroom and met Eric who said no one was on commission. Over the next week Rakesh, Ritz, Kathy, Diana, Mark, Nabu, Diana. They answered all my questions and made the experience very enjoyable. I visited many other dealers but Sound Ford had the best price and service. I ended up with a 4 x 4 F250 Turbo Diesel that I am very happy with!

The service of my car was great. But they didn't wash it. When I bought the car I was told that when I came in for the maintenance, they would wash my car.

Time to get ready for winter, Decided to go to Sound Ford as they offered to match my new tires pricing for my new Goodyear tires on my 2014 Lincoln and with the alignment, it feels like a whole new car.
Had them checked my brakes and said all good ..... how often does that happen! I like how they automatically check and fix recalls (won t get that at the tire shops) Oil change and new wipers at reasonable price too. They let me know pricing up front before replacing anything too, so no major surprises.

There was no pressure, but acknowledgment and attentiveness from the crew and plenty of viewing lots full of cars to choose from! Do yourself a favor if you are in need of a new or used car. I bought my lovely F150 from here a month ago. It's delivered from far north of washington, after found exactly option I wanted. In processing, there were several issues about vehicle options, finance...but sales manager AJ handled them very good and everything goes well. They do good taking care of customer also have good price.

Stuff was very friendly and welcoming! I got the car I wanted within two hours. The transaction was very smooth and easy. Will definitely come back in the future.

The purchase of the car went well, but the follow up on their commitments afterward is poor to say the least.

Mixed experience, but Russ redeemed the overall experience. Russ is an honest and straightforward guy who won't steer you wrong.

Poor sales and prices are way high. And I was called a smartass by one of the finance guys cause I said if you want to sell a car you can Make a deal happen guess what went up the street and got same car for thousands less...they made it happen

MICHAEL and KWOK sold us two vehicles. They where very welcoming and a pleasant. Every question we had, they had a answer to. They both where very helpful, even after we bought our vehicles. MICHAEL was not pushy, he was straight forward. We have already recommended Renton Ford to my family. We definitely will be black again. Thank you for everything.

I took my Thunderbird in on two separate occasions this past year for diagnosis, both times I was given information that didn't help me know how best to proceed to resolution of the problem. After complaining about it, the Service Manager was able to figure out what changes were needed inside the shop to better communicate the technical issues, and kindly refunded my (mis-)diagnosis fee.

I appreciate the sensitivity and thoroughness taken in their understanding my concern, and in taking ownership of the problem so other customers experience each time is top notch. Which means I'll be back in future when my vehicle needs help beyond what I can sort out on my own.

Best Price! No pressure, non commission salespeople made my buying experience effortless. Didnt have to spend 5 hours finalizing purchase.

I came in with my fiance and 8 month old son to purchase a 2015 ford focus. Their salesman Tracy brown talked via text with me ALL day crunching numbers so that I could save time on site. When we arrived he had the car I wanted all ready to be driven and had started my paperwork for financing. Turned out they didn't have the car I wanted on site so I worked with the sales manager to price a different one in my budget. Both men were beyond nice, reassuring and helpful. They gave me an awesome deal on my trade in and were very relaxed about me purchasing from them. They did not push sales, they pushed making sure I was happy. This dealer is not about making money, they're about making the customer happy. And I couldn't be happier :)

This was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I've ever had. After agreeing with Mike on the price, I arrived at the dealership and left in my new 2016 F-150 in no time flat!!! A very special kudos to Melody who assisted me with the test-drive and patiently answered my plethora of questions. Great service department. Friendly agent. The shuttle was timely but the driver could have been more chatty.

I was looking to downsize my old car into something smaller and Sound Ford made that happen for me. My first visit to the dealership was very pleasant and the gentleman that helped me, Adonis was very friendly. I told him I was not looking to buy today but that I was checking out new vehicles to possibly purchase; one of them being the Ford Fiesta. He completely understood my situation and was more than willing to show my what they had in stock and offered a test drive. At the end of my visit I told him I would be in touch once I explore my options.

A few days later I received a thank you call from him about my recent visit and that if I decided to go Ford to let him know and they would make something happen. About a week went by and I received no phone calls and I say that in a good way because I have had dealerships call non-stop leaving you with a pressure to buy or look at cars. Not once did I feel that. :)

When I was finally ready to buy, I went down to take a look and they made it happen. I had found the color and body style I was looking for but it was not a "for sale" car it was meant to be a service car. After some phone calls they were able to sell it to me; which I will say made me very happy because it was the color and style I had wanted from the beginning.

All I have to say is I highly recommend this dealership and thank you Sound Ford for making it happen. :)

Disappointed with Sound Ford. I went in to look at a used C-Max Energi. It turns out it didn t pass their inspections and so they couldn t sell. I appreciated their honesty and integrity with that, however they tried to get me to lease a brand new 2017 and said they wanted me to sign by the end of the month. As a customer who hadn t originally planned to lease a brand new car I needed some time to think it over. I followed up 2 days later, which was Nov 2. I had been dealing with Bill and tried to follow up multiple times to tell him I was interested in the lease and he did not get back to me AT ALL. Previously he had been very responsive. It appears this dealership only values your business and treats you well when they re pushing to meet their sales quotas. As soon as you don t do what they want they ignore you. I will be seeking out other dealerships to work with.

Even though I didn t end up buying today, Kendall was super helpful!!! She knew exactly what I needed and what features applied to my lifestyle the best. If you make it out so Sound Ford, definitely ask for Kendall!

I originally wanted to look at a car they had advertised on their website. After calling to confirm the price, I went to look at the car. The salesperson and sales manager spent an hour and a trip from the used lot to the new lot before they told me it had been sent to auction. No worries though, they could get it for me. I called a couple of times a day for two days to remind them about the car. After being assured that it would be there, I called again and was told that the car had been sold at auction. They invited me to look at another car.

I ended up finding a decent car. The dealer wasn't able to negotiate much on price but I got an OK deal. After signing the official offer, I had to go to the new car office and was forced to wait well over and hour to sign a bunch of paperwork just to buy a car with cash. But it didn't end there. I won't get my car until Wednesday morning at the earliest. It had to go through the safety check and to fix a check engine light.

But, because I had been kept waiting so long to sign the papers, it could not get in until Saturday. It requires a part that is very common but they apparently couldn't get one on Saturday, or Monday or until the end of the day Tuesday. I had to call the dealer multiple times to get any information about my car. I also had to call the service department directly to get a straight answer about what was wrong.

Now, I've been told three different times that my car would be ready by the end of the day, and still no car. I have had to initiate communication every day to get information about my car, and I still don't have a straight answer as to why it wasn't ready on Tuesday as promised.

I would never use the service department here because they do not deliver on time or as promised. I would not buy another used car here because of the poor communication from the sales team and sales manager. The price seemed reasonable until they took my money and did not deliver my car in a timely manner.

Prompt service, special I inquired on was there and ready to test drive. Got a great deal! Highly recommend Sound Ford.

I usually only come in for maintance, but Paul was so helpful and knowledgeable that I will definitely be coming back in when it s time to purchase next car!

Never buy a vehicle here if you're a minority. I purchased my $60,000 GT350 elsewhere due to the sales manager making the assumption that I was a black guy looking to go on a joyride & wouldn't let me touch the vehicle let alone look at it unless I signed a purchase agreement up front.

Bill was a great sales person to work with. We felt no pressure and all our questions were answered promptly and honestly. We would highly recommend him at Sound Ford.

Purchased 2013 Focus. Excellent sales experience and great service department.

My experience went really well in the service department even though I did not buy vehicle there. Dropped off my car with a check engine light and they worked well with me and kept me informed of what was going on. While they did warranty repair they looked over the rest of the vehicle and gave recommendations on other wear items that were in need of repair. The best part is the free shuttle with a 10 miles radius. I didn't have to bug a friend or get an Uber.

It was a pleasant experience purchasing a car here. Bill and Giovanni in sales were very helpful and easy to work with, as well as Joe in financing.

Don't Waste your time. Went to look at the car they quoted me in email and set up a time to look at it with their staff. When I got to the dealership they informed me that the car had not arrived yet. Please don't set up appointments when the car is not available to show it is inconsiderate.

Awesome experience here with the people at Sound Ford we discussed pricing over the phone and they gave me a great deal my new ranger pickup. Kwok the sales manager, was very respectful and gave us fair pricing. Paul the technician helped me immediately when I came to pick up my new truck, he is a great help with anything technical you need. Upon my arrival they prioritized me getting in my truck testing it out, and setting up my phone with it. The financing manager was also very helpful and answered every question I had. Thank you for a great first experience getting a truck. For anyone looking at any ford car or truck visit this dealership to be treated with respect and honesty. I had been to and talked to several other dealerships and they all dragged me around and were not fair in their pricing. Great experience. My wife and I both leased new cars today. From Linda, setting the appointment, Ross, Cesar, and Alex showing us around, Bill guiding us through the sale, and Nabu wrapping things up quickly in finance, the whole team made it easy and quick. We'll be back in 3 years to re-up with these guys!

While I had a decent experience purchasing the car, I was promised a free tank of gas for completing my prior review. Overall, still a decent car buying experience.
However, I am now changing my review to a single star after being repeatedly hassled to come handle a recall item on my Mustang. I've received 5-6 calls in the past two weeks, sometimes twice a day, asking me to schedule maintenance to replace an inside door handle. I've expressed to them that my schedule is very busy and I will schedule it when I have time. It's not my brakes after all. Just yesterday the guy that called had he nerve to tell me my warranty is void until having this serviced. TOTAL BS.
All they are trying to do is drum up some service business.
They have been reported to Ford for this unsavory and irritations business practice and will not have my business in the future.

I went to Sound Ford to look at a car, and possibly test drive it. The sales guy was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. He let me test drive the car, and wasn't trying to push me to buy anything. After the drive, he let me know that he would get the car checked to make sure there were no problems. Normally salesmen are constantly trying to push you into buying a car, but he was very polite and able to help me without being pushy. I believe the guys name was Tracy, but I'm not 100 percent sure. Overall, my experience at this Sound Ford was great.

Morgan answered all my questions about the cars I was looking at and then some. She was very knowledgable about the different options and helped me narrow down what I was looking for in a car. Her friendliness made everything very relaxed and easy. Definitely ask for her if you stop by Sound Ford.

Service wouldn't have been great without Mira. She's very knowledgeable about the cars and is passionate about cars in general. Very fun and personable, make sure to request her if you are thinking about getting a car.

AJ spent hours trying to find the right car for us. Ended up with a great deal and an awesome car. Couldn't have asked for better customer service from him. Once we purchased the vehicle Alex spent 30 mins showing us the features and making sure it was customized to our preferences. Very impressed. The lobby just needs better seats and cups for the water cooler.

My wife and I just purchased a E350 from here about a year ago. We originally bought it for my business to help carry larger loads around, I work in construction so I needed something that was going to be able to haul my tools and extra supplies if needed. I've been very pleased with the reliability this van has and I am happy to say I bought it through Sound Ford. I had no idea what to get, I was looking at the trucks but this just seemed to fit better and you can put shelving in it compared to a truck there's just seems to be a lot more room which is exactly what I needed anyways. I am a proud Ford owner.

This is my first time looking for a car that was in my budget, and my close friend that purchased her Ford Fusion referred me here since it is a non-commission environment and everybody was on the same team. I didn't have to be pressured into buying a car, and instead to really pay attention to the many options that I had. Abby and Brian were a pleasure to work with.

We just got back from viewing a new Ford Edge and found it very much to our liking. Payton was a wonderful guide/salesperson. If she didn t know the answer to our many questions, she quickly found them. Very obviously, she knew her cars, was very personable, and a delight to work with. I m not a fan of shopping, but she made it enjoyable.

The sales team of Kwok, Bill, and Inette were great with which to work. Finance man Nubar was very knowledgable and down-to-earth settling out our paperwork.

Becca was the first person we meet as we began looking at vehicles in the lot, a first impression is a lasting impression. Becca was polite, respectful and a subject matter expert in the Ford Explorer we looked at. She assisted us from the beginning until the end of our transaction.

AJ spoke with us as well when we were about to leave with our new vehicle. He congratulated us on the purchase and made sure we left satisfied and mentioned if we had any questions to contact him.

Joe conducted the finance portion of the transaction. He was very polite and was straight forward with us regarding the transaction. We had questions and he answered them for us on the spot. The finance portion/signing paper went quick. He had all the paperwork organized and explained extended warranty options and any questions we had.

Mike assisted us on Tuesday when we stopped by to drop off paperwork to Joe and to have our vehicle waxed. He provided us a loaner vehicle for a couple of hours, upon our return he spoke with us making sure we were happy with everything before we left. He was very polite, respectful and a straight shooter with a few questions we had.

If you are looking for a vehicle Sound Ford is the place to go, I will recommend them to friends/acquaintances since they have the best deals on vehicles in the Northwest & the best Staff We have ever dealt with.

The Manager has a great team here, continue the great work.

I traded in a 2012 RAM for a 2018 Ford Truck. This was the easiest most pleasant new car purchased I have experienced. Our Product Specialist was very helpful and friendly and willing to answer any questions and explain details about the vehicle. There are no salesman so there is no pressure to buy. I had shopped around and the vehicle was priced well below other dealers in the area.

Sound Ford is the best Ford Dealership I have ever been to. I am from Detroit, so this says a lot. This includes everything from the minute we pulled up to the moment we drove off the lot with a brand new car. They went out of their way to help me in the purchase of the car and meet my budget. I always dread the car purchasing/leasing process, but Sound Ford made it quick and painless. Inette, the product specialist, made sure we knew all our options and everything about the car. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel confident to use all the awesome features Ford has to offer. I have had many Fords in the past and love them. I will always go back to Sound Ford.
