The staff was super friendly and helpful(Thanks Johnny, Becca, Tracy), I especially appreciated that there were no pressure sales tactics used, everything went so smooth and easy that my family is very satisfied.

I NEVER rated anyone, I can honestly say, it was one of the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had! The sales team at Sound Ford are knowledgeable and really know how to take care of their customer s needs.
