I originally wanted to look at a car they had advertised on their website. After calling to confirm the price, I went to look at the car. The salesperson and sales manager spent an hour and a trip from the used lot to the new lot before they told me it had been sent to auction. No worries though, they could get it for me. I called a couple of times a day for two days to remind them about the car. After being assured that it would be there, I called again and was told that the car had been sold at auction. They invited me to look at another car.

I ended up finding a decent car. The dealer wasn't able to negotiate much on price but I got an OK deal. After signing the official offer, I had to go to the new car office and was forced to wait well over and hour to sign a bunch of paperwork just to buy a car with cash. But it didn't end there. I won't get my car until Wednesday morning at the earliest. It had to go through the safety check and to fix a check engine light.

But, because I had been kept waiting so long to sign the papers, it could not get in until Saturday. It requires a part that is very common but they apparently couldn't get one on Saturday, or Monday or until the end of the day Tuesday. I had to call the dealer multiple times to get any information about my car. I also had to call the service department directly to get a straight answer about what was wrong.

Now, I've been told three different times that my car would be ready by the end of the day, and still no car. I have had to initiate communication every day to get information about my car, and I still don't have a straight answer as to why it wasn't ready on Tuesday as promised.

I would never use the service department here because they do not deliver on time or as promised. I would not buy another used car here because of the poor communication from the sales team and sales manager. The price seemed reasonable until they took my money and did not deliver my car in a timely manner.
