Becca was the first person we meet as we began looking at vehicles in the lot, a first impression is a lasting impression. Becca was polite, respectful and a subject matter expert in the Ford Explorer we looked at. She assisted us from the beginning until the end of our transaction.

AJ spoke with us as well when we were about to leave with our new vehicle. He congratulated us on the purchase and made sure we left satisfied and mentioned if we had any questions to contact him.

Joe conducted the finance portion of the transaction. He was very polite and was straight forward with us regarding the transaction. We had questions and he answered them for us on the spot. The finance portion/signing paper went quick. He had all the paperwork organized and explained extended warranty options and any questions we had.

Mike assisted us on Tuesday when we stopped by to drop off paperwork to Joe and to have our vehicle waxed. He provided us a loaner vehicle for a couple of hours, upon our return he spoke with us making sure we were happy with everything before we left. He was very polite, respectful and a straight shooter with a few questions we had.
