I was looking to downsize my old car into something smaller and Sound Ford made that happen for me. My first visit to the dealership was very pleasant and the gentleman that helped me, Adonis was very friendly. I told him I was not looking to buy today but that I was checking out new vehicles to possibly purchase; one of them being the Ford Fiesta. He completely understood my situation and was more than willing to show my what they had in stock and offered a test drive. At the end of my visit I told him I would be in touch once I explore my options.

A few days later I received a thank you call from him about my recent visit and that if I decided to go Ford to let him know and they would make something happen. About a week went by and I received no phone calls and I say that in a good way because I have had dealerships call non-stop leaving you with a pressure to buy or look at cars. Not once did I feel that. :)

When I was finally ready to buy, I went down to take a look and they made it happen. I had found the color and body style I was looking for but it was not a "for sale" car it was meant to be a service car. After some phone calls they were able to sell it to me; which I will say made me very happy because it was the color and style I had wanted from the beginning.

All I have to say is I highly recommend this dealership and thank you Sound Ford for making it happen. :)
