Great experience. My wife and I both leased new cars today. From Linda, setting the appointment, Ross, Cesar, and Alex showing us around, Bill guiding us through the sale, and Nabu wrapping things up quickly in finance, the whole team made it easy and quick. We'll be back in 3 years to re-up with these guys!

While I had a decent experience purchasing the car, I was promised a free tank of gas for completing my prior review. Overall, still a decent car buying experience.
However, I am now changing my review to a single star after being repeatedly hassled to come handle a recall item on my Mustang. I've received 5-6 calls in the past two weeks, sometimes twice a day, asking me to schedule maintenance to replace an inside door handle. I've expressed to them that my schedule is very busy and I will schedule it when I have time. It's not my brakes after all. Just yesterday the guy that called had he nerve to tell me my warranty is void until having this serviced. TOTAL BS.
All they are trying to do is drum up some service business.
They have been reported to Ford for this unsavory and irritations business practice and will not have my business in the future.
