I think it's my 2nd review for this dealership. Sound Ford is great with customer services in all departments. I bought my new car from here and also come here for services. I own multiple cars and have been to multiple car dealerships. This dealership is the best one. Kudos to Caesar, Claudio and other staffs that help me on my GT.

The entire Sound Ford team provided exceptional service. We went in to the dealership to look at a used Subaru & came home with a 2018 Ford Escape at an excellent price with superior service every step of the way. I really like Molly who assisted us from start to finish. She used the 2018 Ford Escape that we bought to drive us to their other lot to look at the Subaru. We didn t care for the Subaru but sure liked the Escape. We hadn t considered buying new but the sales manager offered the car to us at a price we couldn t refuse. They gladly took our well used 2003 GMC Denali off our hands & made the buying process painless. Thanks to the entire team for making it a great buying experience. We love our new car! Insulting trade in values, and extremely rude staff. Refuses to budge/haggle on price that they've had on their lot for three years. Pathetic.

I can not for the life of me see how you have 4 stars. You must have all the bad reviews deleted and have friends and family send good reviews. I am so upset with the unethical ways you have and how you cheat people I am going to be calling the Attorneys General. I have already reported to the BBB but after the 2 phone calls I got on the last 2 days ask how we are liking our new car THAT WE NEVER GOT I think I need to take further action. Thank God I kept all the paperwork and proof. Time to prevent you from screwing others over.

Got my awesome 2015 race red Mustang GT at a great price thanks to Mike Locke-Berry at Sound Ford. Great service and attention from him during the whole process. If looking to buy a ford, look him up at Sound Ford.
In January 2017 I got a new F150. Sound Ford again gave me the best price and Jay Siverson offered great support and attention to detail during the process. Great service overall.

They are the best. This is our 2nd car we bought from them. So we are officially Ford people, they worked to give us a great deal and day. We now have 2 new vehicles. F150 and Escape.

This is the first time I've bought a car from the dealership so I don't really have any experience to work from but it all seemed good to me. I was helped by Steve who asked me what I was looking for and showed me all the relevant models they had, after I decided I liked the Ford Fusion we established what price I could afford and found what year/features I could afford. After that they sat me down with finance after about a 30-45 minute wait (only one finance guy in at the time) and we got everything filled out. I drove off the lot in my new car and they were gracious enough to pay me 500 dollars for my flaming turd of a 1997 Toyota Avalon which was about to fall apart like that scene at the end of The Blues Brothers.

Also I gotta after digging around online I found I got a pretty great deal since I came in on Memorial Day weekend. Good stuff.

My husband and I are return customers to Sound Ford, and have just purchased our second vehicle, a F-350 Diesel for my husband's growing business! Kwok helped us find both our old truck, and assisted with getting us our new one, he is incredibly knowledgeable about all of Ford's vehicles. The sales team has always been incredibly friendly, fast and efficient in providing all the service we need for purchasing our new vehicles. Myroslava was our sales associate, and was incredibly friendly and helpful! We have never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and we have always gotten exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend Sound Ford and plan on returning in the future!
Edit: I have now purchased my 3rd vehicle from Sound Ford a couple years after purchasing my husband's truck. As always, the sales team, Kwok and Amaia went beyond my expectations in helping me find the right truck for my needs. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I still highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a Ford to see these guys!

My husband and I set out to look at small SUVs and possibly trade in our compact car. We visited MANY dealerships checking out availability and prices. An online search landed us at Sound Ford. My husband was leery because of their previous reputation from
20 years ago and almost decided not to go, but we are sure glad we did. They had exactly what we were looking for at the best price we had seen all day and after some haggling on numbers we were able to come to an agreement. Everyone ended up staying over an hour after closing to close the deal with us. Even with a small hiccup on delivery we are pleased to report that they exceeded our expectations and the bad rap is all in the past. We will definitely check out their selection first next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

They had fantastic service at a lower cost than the Bowen Scarff dealership and got me all taken care of on a Saturday afternoon, with shuttle service to and from my front door. They had all the parts I needed on hand and in a nearby warehouse. They will definitely have my return business.

I had a great experience buying my new Ford Focus at Sound Ford, Renton, WA. The salesperson was the best! Tracy listened to my concerns and got me what I wanted. Jay was the best in the final leg of my purchase and the finance guy was great. This is the 2nd vehicle I've bought from Sound Ford and I'll do it again.

Spoke to Joe in sales on multiple occasions, even emailed him the quote of the F-150 I wanted to purchase. I confirmed my appointment with the dealership. My dad arrived to the appointment (from an hour away), and nobody at the dealership can help him. My dad asked Kwok (another sales manager) to call me to get clarification, and Kwok told my dad 'if he calls, I wont answer'. What kind of dealership is this?

Our salesman Alex Tachiyama was fantastic, my husband was looking for a specific used car and having difficulty finding it on his own. Alex did all the leg work all we had to do was come to the dealership and test drive the car, then purchase it.
I would recommend Alex to anyone interested.

I purchased a white ford fusion energi 3 days ago at sound ford, It was one of the best choices I made. It was a really happy experience to buy a new vehicle without any problems and pushing like other dealership. I will give a big thank you to the lady that helped me with test drive and getting my car ready while I was doing paper work with another awesome sale's manager Eric. A++++++++ for both of you and other people was helping. I hope I could see more dealership like this in the state. Thank you.

Worst dealership ever to get a vehicle from. The good reviews on here seem a little suspicious as well (like they were written by a Sound Ford employee).

My boy James really made the experience smooth and quick. Let me test drive several vans back and forth until I came across the one I liked best. Second time purchasing a vehicle here. Came back because I knew they would take care of me only downside is they were out of chocolate chip cookies in the back.

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience at the Ford Renton dealership. Jasneet initially greeted us with a very friendly face and took us on a test drive with our Ford Escape.

Jason was the salesperson that worked with us throughout the process he was very professional and also honest with all of our questions (also while we were waiting had a nice conversation with Bill as well). Again, they all genuinely seemed like nice people.

When finishing up with the purchase (and working with Nabu) it continued to be a pleasant experience. He was also accommodating and down to earth just like all the other staff.

Prior to going to Sound Ford, we visited a handful of other dealerships. Our experiences ranged from sales staff not willing to negotiate with pricing (stating that the cars were already aggressively priced although they kept having to lower them each week) to another dealership who actually asked us to put gas into the SUV we were test driving and jumped out of the vehicle to help another client who they recognized as a previous customer. These were pretty miserable moments in us working with the used car dealership crowd.

What we ended up with at Sound Ford was a sales staff willing to work with us, spend the time to attract us as a client, and ultimately sell us a vehicle we are very pleased to drive. Thank you Sound Ford for all your efforts and hard work.

I don't know how they did it, but Dane at Sound Ford got us a screaming deal on a 2016 Fusion Titanium with all the bells and whistles we wanted. We thoroughly researched the entire Pacific North West for this particular car and didn't find one dealership that could match, let alone beat, the price they got us. We're definitely satisfied with our purchase!

Both the sales and service departments are super friendly and helpful. I worked with John Potts (the product specialist) and Brian (the sales manager.) John is great and super relatable while being easy to work with. Brian was very friendly and did everything in his power to make a great and seemless new car buying experience! I called their service department with some questions and they were very knowledgeable and helpful as well. There's no pressure as the product specialists are hourly (non-commissioned) so it's very easy to ask any questions and test the car or cars you want. I'd recommend sound Ford for your next car buying experience if they have the car you're looking for!

I went to pick up my plates today and I had the pleasure of having Cesar assist me. He made the experience super enjoyable and easy.

I went in looking for a Fiesta ST and was shown their models. I was pretty adamant about looking for an automatic transmission, which led me to the ST-Line. I'll admit I left thinking it was an ST with an automatic transmission when in-fact it's a base-line fiesta with ST trim essentially.

Realizing this after purchase I asked to return it and get the ST model instead. Even after working tirelessly to hook me up with the right bank and payments on the previous car, Joe and Kwok worked with me again to trade in the ST-Line and get an ST for close to the same price as what I paid for the ST-Line! They were very understanding of my situation the whole time and even went through great lengths to explain to me the numbers of it all. The customer service there is great, the product specialists (Parker, Innette, Lucas and Scotty) were very accommodating. Highly recommend going here for your next car!

The people are super nice, especially in sales but they didn't provide me a loaner when my car was in the shop under warranty unexpectedly.

Showed up to see a car. No one available. Made an appointment for the next day and no one knew what I was there for and couldn't find me in system. The car I wanted to test drive had a dead battery. The car I ended up driving was so low on gas I headed back to the dealership. Get it together Sound Ford

2018 F-150. I was looking for a hard to find F150 for a while with no luck. Inette and Kwok were able to locate what I was looking for at another dealer and made arrangements to bring it to Sound Ford so I could purchase it. Kwok was extremely fair with my trade in and Inette was patient showing me the truck and taking for a good test drive. Nabu took the time to explain the financing and warranties and found me the lowest interest rate. If you are looking for a car or truck, you really need to stop in here and let them find what you need.

All of my dealings with Sound Ford have been very pleasant. Tracy Brown and Jesse Calixto have gone out of their way to help me and make sure all of my questions and needs were met. I look forward to continuing to deal with Sound Ford in the future. I bought a Ford Fiesta and I am very please with my new car.

Pleasant and professional. James was my product specialist and was very knowledgeable on the advanced features of my Ford Escape. After purchase he assisted cleaning out my trade in and set all the Bluetooth to ensure everything was connected properly.

Had a positive shopping experience with salesman Mike Berry. He was straightforward with me and knowledgable about the Ford product line. I ended up buying a 2013 Ford Escape and so far I'm really enjoying the new car.

Service Dept does a pretty good job. Booked out well in advance, but they do good work. Friendly, helpful staff. Prices are a little high, but it's a dealership. (Will be taking my car here, much better than Scarff in Auburn).

I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process of purchasing my new Fusion Hybrid from Sound. From the time I entered and met Bill, to the final closing with Kwok, the process was quick and remarkably easy. Finance was a breeze and then I met with Jay when I picked up the car. He spent a considerable amount of time with me, going over all options and features of the car, and how to use everything. And, after that, I received a couple of follow-up phone calls to find out if I had any additional questions or issues with the car. All-in-all, the entire process and follow-up was remarkable. By the way, the car is great, too!

I don't know how this dealer is still in business. They always have these "1 only at this price" ads to lure customers into the dealer only to find that they happen to have already "sold" that 1 VIN#. This tactic enforces the negative stereotypes of car dealers. It is unprofessional, and obviously insulting to customers. Go somewhere else.

Had a great and easy time here no hassling sales person's just very respectful and understanding people. I want to thank Jordan for doing all he can and Bill for understanding came through with great numbers he didn't make promises he just made it happen, thank you both. Imo A+++

I should say that! I want say thanks to them. I been there two times. The first time we made it to 24000! I left, the second time we been there they even increased the price even higher than the original price! He also lied that 25000 is the maximum we talked last time! Funny, so I need to say thanks to them for the free lesson about my first time buy car of the experience! I still remember the manager who talked and lied to me! A man with dark skins and a fat body figure!
