Disappointed with Sound Ford. I went in to look at a used C-Max Energi. It turns out it didn t pass their inspections and so they couldn t sell. I appreciated their honesty and integrity with that, however they tried to get me to lease a brand new 2017 and said they wanted me to sign by the end of the month. As a customer who hadn t originally planned to lease a brand new car I needed some time to think it over. I followed up 2 days later, which was Nov 2. I had been dealing with Bill and tried to follow up multiple times to tell him I was interested in the lease and he did not get back to me AT ALL. Previously he had been very responsive. It appears this dealership only values your business and treats you well when they re pushing to meet their sales quotas. As soon as you don t do what they want they ignore you. I will be seeking out other dealerships to work with.
