I give them 5 stars! Eric, James, Cameron, Joe, Mike, Bill, Travis and Susan were the people We dealt with in our experience with Sound Ford recently, when we purchased a brand new Ford Escape Titanium. We absolutely love this car! She is a black beauty with all the bells and whistles! Our buying experience lacked the usual aggressive, aggravating and irritating experience one often has with a trip in to buy a car. There was no pressure, but acknowledgment and attentiveness from the crew and plenty of viewing lots full of cars to choose from! Do yourself a favor if you are in need of a new or used car.
