We were very welcomed and it was a very busy day due to Sunday and 2 weddings we couldn't check into our room until a little late. The Checkin staff were very professional and managed our checkin smoothly and the concierges still made a fuss and both staff made sure we were welcomed and would mange until we could get into our room. All staff were very professional, warm and friendly. Considering the number of guests and we were only there for 3 nights we felt like they all knew who we were. It was like staying at a small guest house.

Oasis away from the city. If you are based in SG and in need of a getaway, this place is it! Also spend your afternoon at their beautiful Le Bar and have their amazing High Tea and watch the staffs chase off beautiful peacocks that like to stop by now and then to do a little show.
I was a guest for a wedding & stayed 7 days. The rooms are beautiful, an older design. Beds are so comfortable I'm looking at getting one my self. Service is over & beyond
It's a lovely place to hang out for couples and families alike. We were here for a wedding banquet, and we were very much happy with the pleasant experience we got. Food was good, ambience of the location was lovely, and albeit small and pricey, it's very good for a very small cozy crowd. Do check them out the next time you're looking for a location!
I was celebrating my wife's birthday with our children on this staycation. The nice touch was the presence of the cake with candle and matches in the room when we checked in. The staff were well trained - they were friendly, professional and warm. The kids loved the swimming pool as well.
The overall staff training is wrong, so it is unfriendly and English communication is difficult. No breakfast at all, 2 restaurants and no dinner options. It is difficult to get on a taxi, and the shuttle bus also takes too long to dispatch, and the room is in poor condition because it is too old. In the case of an extra bed, the worst bed I have ever seen in any hotel. Room at the time of booking and the room at check-in. Never a five-star resort for the price I think I was trying to imitate it. Ido-myeon 3.5 stars Especially the food was too much....
One of the best hotel visited in the last few years. Luxury and with a feeling of exclusivity. I had only a dinner at the Italian restaurant inside, very good.
Was here for the Google Play Playtime event. Staff were friendly and nice. Event location felt exotically Asian colonial era with a touch of modern tech i.e. I am looking at you, wooden auto door! ;)
Stayed at Sofitel during National Day weekend with the entire family. The service and food were inconsistent, but the low point of the weekend was Saturday night dinner at the Cliff.
I will say we missed our 6:30 reservation and showed up at 7:20. Nearly an hour late and they still managed to find us a table. However, the staff who seated us was rude and put the four of us at a table set for three.
I m not above physical labor, but after I moved my own chair, I would expect someone else working their to set the cutlery and glassware. Maybe I m asking too much.
We place our order with a young and very inexperienced waiter. He had other good sense to have paper and pencil and write down our order. He even repeated the entire order and asked if the food needed to come out in courses. We said no. We had two small kids, so bring their meals out first, otherwise bring the dishes as they are ready. I also ordered a cocktail.
45 minutes go by with out an update. When we were seated, the four tables nearest us were empty. Now the table nearest us with two people we re already enjoying their main.
I asked another waitress for an update. She seemed to have a lot more experience and found out right away that our order was delayed. She brought some bread for the table.
Next, another waiter came to our table with the wrong order. He apologized and took it away. It s possible that ordering food from Kwee Zeen might cause a delay, but it s just across the pool, plus it s on the menu.
It is clear to us that either our order was not put in or not put In correctly. I ask the waiter what happened to our order. He tells me sometimes things get miskeyed. By whom? Who is taking the orders and putting it into the system. He seemed to be clueless.
Our food finally arrives at 8:30 along with my cocktail!
We eat quickly in order to get our children to bed and tell them to send our desert to the room ASAP.
After two phone calls to the restaurant and to the hotel manager on duty, we finally get someone to bring our dessert. The duty manager herself (Farah) went to the kitchen and personally delivered our dessert around 9:50pm.
The cocktail glass from Saturday night stayed in my room until Monday morning despite the cleaning staff coming in. They did a very lackluster job of cleaning.
Saara on the pool F&B team did a great job of making us feel welcome. He even got our kids their own mocktails.
For me, I will never stay at Sofitel again. For the amount of money to pay on a long weekend, it simply doesn t make sense. Clearly the management do not care about the brand.
Took my family to 'The Garden' - restaurant wing if Sofitel Sentosa for a birthday dinner. I just mentioned in the reservation form that I would like gluten free dessert options and that it was a birthday celebration. Love and behold, they had a cake ready for us - delicious decadent dark chocolate cake, completely gluten free and on the house. The main course we ordered was great, made from organic produce ! I loved their cake and Panna cotta. It was my second visit there, and it most certainly will not be the last. They have earned my loyalty as a customer.
Came here for dinner with friends a few weeks ago. The food selection was alright. The sashimi could be colder or place on ice. BBQ section will be better if they have a bigger grill because there are quite a number of orders and the chef can only work this fast as the food needs time to cook as well. Dessert was disappointing. Cakes were dry, ice cream was alright. Desserts will probably suit foreigners more as they can try the old school type of desserts. Guess the highlight of my meal was the bandung drink. Self serve but so good that I went back a few times for a refill.
Huge motel. Everything about it was nicely done. Fast WiFi everywhere. 30m pool Fountains. flora and fauna abundant. Nice food and other facilities. Tariff was a little to expensive compared to others. Location could be better.
Very nice rooms, not enough storage space however. Underwhelming club facilities and gym. Food was very average to say the least. Staff were not very friendly or helpful but mainly just indifferent. Will try another hotel next time.
Hotel accommodation was cancelled 7 weeks ago and despite reassurances in multiple emails I have not received my money back. One has to wonder if they have the money to reimburse and if they'll survive.

Clean and pleasant environment, in the room and everywhere in the hotel. Friendly staff. What an experience to breaskfast with peacocks! My daughter aged 4 enjoyed it very much. Just wonder most hotels do not offer kid size slipper
Great resort, we visited from the related hotel, So Sofitel via the free shuttle service. We didn't stay at this resort hotel. The resort is located on Sentosa Island and they have transfers to all the activities. Staff are friendly and helpful. We used the pool which is big and not crowded. Drinks are expensive but standard pricing across Singapore. They provide towels, lots of sun lounges and a few sun beds. Child friendly and lots of shade. Bring sunglasses, swimmers and a hat. There is also access to a private beach.
Wonderful location, wonderful service, very relaxing and very peaceful. I really recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have quality time in Sentosa.
My family and I had a really enjoyable and comfortable stay at this hotel. The pool area was amazing as were the grounds. The hotel is in a great position on Sentosa Island with easy access to all the entertainment and beaches that the Island has to offer. Also, there is free shuttle services around the Island and to Singapore city.
Having this warm greetings when lay down on very comfort bed and soft pillow is like beyond my expectation...even you can choose your preferred pillows! The environment is like being in Bali (yes it's resort). The best things they have a shuttle to vivo city and you can order to stop at USS.
Our whole group had an excellent time whilst staying at the Sofitel Sentosa Resort . Facilities were excellent and the service was so friendly and helpful from all staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Bridal room had no bridal menu and we had to ask for it 3 times. Room make up was terrible. Used cups were not washed and there were only new towels given. Floor was not cleaned, and the room just does not look made up at all. It was a disaster. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned up again. This is a stark contrast to the last time we were here, and better service would have been expected for the bridal room. Operator sounded really curt and rude over the phone when we called for room service, and it seemed like they hated their jobs. Did not sound nice or even keen to pick up the phone call. Wonderful job Sofitel. Some kind of a luxury hotel. By the way, with reference to the question below on being a AccorHotels member, does it matter what kind of status we are? Aren't all guests supposed to be treated equally?
The room we had was large and very well appointed. The bedroom was separate to a large lounge area consisting of a three seater sofa, a writing desk and a coffee maker. The bathroom had good quality amenities. You can take a bus from the hotel to explore all the activities available at Sentosa. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are wanting to stay at a five star hotel in Sentosa.
I feel that the staff at the reception should be given more authority to offer free drinks to customer as they are at the front line. For example, we check in after a long weekend n due to manpower n the rooms fully booked during the long weekend, we ended up having a late check in n staff at the reception cannot offer us anything except saying they are trying to expedite on the rooms. As for the staff at the lounge done a good job, they offered to gave us free tea and ice cream knowing we are waiting anxiously for the rooms to check in and relax.
Managed to get early checkin to prepare for a friend's birthday at the Prestige Suite. Room was wonderful but the air conditioning in the living room was very warm through the day and night. Facilities wise, the hotel needs to do a slight upgrading as the hotel looks very worn out. Service was good.
