We were very welcomed and it was a very busy day due to Sunday and 2 weddings we couldn't check into our room until a little late. The Checkin staff were very professional and managed our checkin smoothly and the concierges still made a fuss and both staff made sure we were welcomed and would mange until we could get into our room.
All staff were very professional, warm and friendly. Considering the number of guests and we were only there for 3 nights we felt like they all knew who we were. It was like staying at a small guest house.
