Bridal room had no bridal menu and we had to ask for it 3 times. Room make up was terrible. Used cups were not washed and there were only new towels given. Floor was not cleaned, and the room just does not look made up at all. It was a disaster. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned up again. This is a stark contrast to the last time we were here, and better service would have been expected for the bridal room. Operator sounded really curt and rude over the phone when we called for room service, and it seemed like they hated their jobs. Did not sound nice or even keen to pick up the phone call. Wonderful job Sofitel. Some kind of a luxury hotel. By the way, with reference to the question below on being a AccorHotels member, does it matter what kind of status we are? Aren't all guests supposed to be treated equally?
