Very good hotel, big apartments and very attentive staff. Good value for money.

Great service with such friendly staff who really make the hotel extra special, great location with private beach and numerous swimming pools and dining options, club milliseme was the icing on the cake for our visit, a quiet place to chill out and get some food and drinks with excellent service and staff

Beautiful hotel, lots of places to relax and enjoy the heat. What stood out most importantly was the service. I couldn't help but notice how, everywhere you go there is someone waiting to help you, and doing everything they can to make your stay as work free as possible. The food is great, the rooms were as clean as they get but the service is just over the top. Can't stress it enough. Definitely worth it.

The staff are so attentive and the attention to detail was second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and the half board option was fantastic for our family.

The rooms are nice, food is ok. The only issue was with the reception- very slow. We booked for sea view and they gave us some room at the back, so we had to go again and change...

Beautiful place and Hadi, took a junior suite overlooking the sea and the space of Labas because the bathroom is very large, the staff are very friendly from the reception to the restaurants (5) and the rooms are also clean and the bed is very comfortable, they have an offer to buy a fotcher where you can eat lunch or dinner from Five restaurants are available at the hotel for 155 per person and children are free of charge
There is free parking (Vallet), there is a swimming pool for children and adults and is always monitored by swimmers

great reception and check in , room was very clean, tidy and big. Arrived at 09.30 and check in was not until 15.00, but reception took my mobile ans called when they could check me in early. Staff were all very pleasant, especially the front of house manager in Porterhouse. Even though travelling alone, made to feel welcome.
Pool area a little small and always full so spent time on the beach. Only niggle was time from ordering a drink on the beach took 20 mins just for a beer.

It was our frst time in Dubai.
We did not expect the trip to be that amazing. Every member of the staff were very helpful and nice. The facilities are great, we love the view of Marina s city lights in the evening time.
Definitely would love to be back!

Me and my partner genuinely had the best hotel experience we've ever had anywhere in the world. The hotel itself is stunning and the facilities such as the different pools, private beach and a la carte restaurants were incredible. What really made our stay though was the staff, from the second we arrived to the second we left they were always on hand to assist with anything. The concierge staff do a wonderful job of organising your stuff when you arrive and sorting out transport for you throughout your stay not to mention there attention to detail! Our room was always well looked after by the cleaning staff and the service at the restaurants was also incredible. We tried the Porterhouse, Bottega and also Maui Beach for a picnic under the stars where i proposed to my girlfriend. Sanjeev at Maui Beach was incredible and I Thank him and his colleagues sincerely for making our engagement night one we will never forget. The restaurant staff in Bottega and Porterhouse were also in a class of there own and the food was as good as we had anywhere on our trip! We have already recommended to several friends and family and we too hope to visit again sometime soon.

I have visited Sofitel with my husband on the 14th October 2020 for a day to enjoy the pool and the beach. We expected to spend our day in a nice and a cleaned place which was always one of our main concern and especially these days with this unpleasant virus situation. I must admit that all the personnel was very polite and friendly. No complain from the personnel that was in around the pool and the beach. Our disappointment was on the level of cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor facilities. The pool cabana that we have been allocated was not a clean one. Neither the others around. The wood floor was so dirty from dust and sand and full of flies around. The wooden sunbeds and a small table was also dirty from dust and sand. You could definitely say that no brushing was made for some time. While I started to clean myself the 2 sunbeds by spraying my products for some minutes, one guy from the personnel saw me and came holding a hand sprayer and sprayed over the the sunbeds and the floor. Regarding the pool which I have not entered myself since my husband's comment who had entered to the pool was that the water was smelling unpleasantly weird and the water was not clear. Furthermore, I noticed that guests who have ordered cocktails/drinks to the pool, these have been delivered by hotel's personnel from the restaurant/pool bar without any cover protection over the glasses, meaning that these were in open air until served. Consequently we did not order. Having seen the hygiene level of the facilities, we decided to leave the hotel after staying approx.2 hours without ordering anything. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment from a such category of hotel since hygiene and cleaning should be at the highest levels especially during Covid19 period.

The place is clean and quiet in general..and there is a supermarket nearby that meets all your needs ..

In short, it is very suitable for families because of the great concern they give to them and children in particular

Sofitel the palm it's an one of the outstanding resort in the palm,it's a very good for the familys resort.the Apparrments romms are very tidy and clean and the service was fantastic, it's an wonderful experience that we had in the breakfast ,lunch and dinner..We had a good time we will come back again with your friends.thank u sofitel to taking care us.

I went to this hotel for the 'International Fashion Week' event. It is located 1km from Atlantis Resort.
The vallet parking service was available.
The Google maps to this destination was accurate.

We were not overly impressed with Sofitel The Palm. We ve been to a few Sofitels around the world and none of them have disappointed any of us so we thought we d give this one ago. And the main reason for its low score is the extremely poor standard of cleanliness. As we entered the parking lot, there was grime, tar and general filthiness everywhere you looked.
The hotel lobby was nice, however, unlike other hotels like Anantara, there was nobody ready to serve us (not that there were any people waiting for directions as to where to go in the hotel lobby itself).
When we found our way to the pool and beach area, it was a repeat of the car park. There were black marks and litter everywhere. It was very busy, which made matters worse. The pool LOOKED nice, not that we went in and swam in it, but it looked nice standing from the outside.
Since none of us wanted to stay and swim, we left.
I would not recommend staying here no matter how long you plan on doing so. Considering there s a virus out there, the cleanliness issue needs to be sorted out.

I liked the professionalism of the whole team and especially the cleanliness to do and redo I recommend it.

We felt like the Hotel had the correct procedures in place for during COVID-19 and more, during check-in the staff were very helpful and explained a lot about the procedures and the facilities within the Hotel. We were taken to Oliviers to fill in our form for what we would like for breakfast the next day and the process was explained to us fully.

We spent the day on the beach where the sunbeds were placed spaciously and all guests practiced social distancing well.

We stayed in a beach suite where we chose to have in-room dining and enjoy our food on the terrace, this was lovely!

All staff were very helping and polite, all wearing mask and gloves.

Overall, we were very very happy with our experience, this was our first staycation since COVID-19 and we didn t really know what to expect, we were very happy with the staff and the Hotel and it was nice to have our own space in the beach suite.

I highly recommend this Hotel, we had a wonderful time.

Great property but size matters. The hotel has difficulty to stay customer centric. It runs on rules and workflows, giving the staff barely a chance to personalise the service. Sometimes hotels are too big and work on margins. This hotel is one of them. Otherwise, very nice rooms and facilities for a weekend break. Stick with buffet, the a la carte is a bit overpriced. We got our room only around 4pm (after a 2 hour check-in time!), but was compensated with an upgrade and late check out. This hotel needs to work on the check in and out service big time (you get to see your bill on a screen because of the new system that doesn't work... But you finally sign on a printout.. All takes 10min lol. What's the advantage?!?). Accord membership doesn't give you any discounts on F&B :(

Man main complaint is about the adult pool which I am not sure if it exists or not. After walking for ages and being guided by a few different friendly members of staff I arrived at the adult pool to find 30 kids in said pool. The attendant just shrugged his shoulder and said he couldn't stop children from using the pool.

A nice hotel, with professional staff and management. Nothing is left to chance. Location on The Palm a little out of the center. Nice choice of restaurants. The Indian pub was our favorite. Rooms were very big and spacious. There was a free shuttle to two malls.

Beautiful hotel, with great hospitality, service and food. We met a lovely member of staff called Prekesh from Nepal who showed my family and I around the hotel grounds on arrival and everytime we met him after that he was always so cheerful and helpful, he really set the tone and high expectations for our stay. I have already recommended this hotel to all my friends and family and hope to return in the near future!!

Fantastic hotel, with nice and service oriented staff. Clean and fresh rooms. Good pool and beach. The only downside was that the Wifi connection was poor in the room we had, but otherwise a top residence. A special thank you to Dinni at the reception!

I must say I have had a few issues here and there with the room or the service. But the team is very helpful and understanding. Solutions have been provided quickly and to my satisfaction. I think we can all agree that perfect doesn t exist but how the team manages issues is good. That s what s important.
Rooms are bigger than standard. Hard floor no carpet in the rooms. Buffet for breakfast is little bit bigger than standard, very nice. Food quality and taste is good. No issues. A lot of tourist activities are provided or available for booking.
However I still must say that the internet policy is outdated, I think personally. Free is a 5MB/s line which is not enough for Netflix etc. If you want a normal internet line you pay 100-200AED.....per day! (Sorry can t remember exactly anymore). In this day and age WiFi at normal speeds should be free and other hotels tested in Dubai do actually provide that.
But again overall really nice hotel at an amazing location.

We were 9 days at Sofitel The Palm in Dubai.
The stay was great, the rooms are large and very tastefully decorated.
The staff are very friendly.
The food is varied and of the highest quality.
The different restaurants are great and the menus are world class.

Honestly, the place is beautiful, but it has one defect. Please everyone will see his items before the market goes out, especially for tourists because the cleaning service took our items and we reached the administration and they said we have no work
