Sofitel Palm Resort Reviews

Amazing hotel with incredible service and a really excellent price for its location. Perfect position on the Palm with gorgeous views across the water from our balcony and the private beach. Would highly recommend for couples, groups and families as the resort is spacious enough for privacy and has enough social areas and restaurants for a good atmosphere. The couples massage and jacuzzi session was also fabulous and all of the restaurants are worth trying throughout your stay. We also took advantage of the private dining experience on the beach, which is just magical.

From the moment I arrived I fell in love with this resort. Every member of staff we encountered couldn't do enough for you and couldn't be more friendly. The upgrade to the beach suite blew us away and was incredible. We booked a beach picnic and even in the heat the waiter was fab. I would like to pick a time to come again when there would be less children but we simply moved from the pool to a quiet end of the beach! Every restaurant was great, again my only critique would be that children are allowed at the later sittings as they tend to get quite cranky late at night and a crying child can make or break a romantic evening. That being said the food and service were both superb. The choices on offer from breakfast - lunch a dinner - wine, great! We took part in a few different watersport activities which were great fun, the gym well equipped and clean. I've been a travel agent previously for many years and always had a rule of never returning to the same venue twice however we are already looking at a return trip to Sofitel the palm in the new year as we were blown away! Thank you.

Sofitel the Palm is a fantastic experience. Extremely family friendly and a real resort experience. the first time we went we were usually with the room location and the second time the duty manager florent and Racula took such good care of us and assuring that we had an acceptable room and calling us multiple times to make sure we were satisfied with the room. We really appreciated that. The entire team was so friendly and attentive we really appreciate this property and will definatley continue to go back and recommend it as much as possible.

Rather family oriented place. Nice beach. Pool on the smaller side. Breakfast OK in comparison to other 5 star hotels in UAE. Large rooms!

Sunlounger management has to improve: People reserve sunlounger in large quantities in the morning (which is a shame already) and then leave their towls when done. The towels remain on the lounger the whole day. The staff should really remove these timely to make room.
Also no free water in coolers by the pool/beach, which is a standard in Abu Dhabi 5 star hotels (for comparison).

Great hotel with a fabulous team. Very caring and ready to go the extra mile for the happy customer experience. Also a very safe place with Corona rules which are everywhere clearly marked and friendly enforced. The concierge Carl and Alyssa from the guest relation team, clearly made the difference for us.

Nice hotel! Good location, service and area! Rooms are big and quiet. A lot of interesting activities for kids. Polite and carefull staff. I spacially recommend this hotel to families with kids.

I was in November and the hotel seemed very good. Incredible views and very friendly staff
The breakfast buffet was very complete. However, being on the island Jumeirah it is far from the center and you have to take a taxi.

The Sofitel Dubai palm is a very child friendly resort with a kids centre and several pools with lifesavers.
There are numerous restaurant options in case you don't feel like leaving the resort. And there's even a general store.
The staff are very attentive and helpful.
We especially appreciated Ryan's service at the Bottega restaurant.

The only minus is the distance from the malls and tourist attractions.

Great but could use some changes the pools are way too crowded due to having only one pool and most of the exits except the main one can only be used by the employees. So getting people to where they need to go may be a hustle and there is no shade walking somewhere far is a no this all because of the employee only exits and entrances.

Very slow service and just very expensive food and beer compared to other better hotels on the palm. Great idea having a little button to press when you need service or the bill, but useless if no one comes!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was very professional including the reception with a lot of benefits for the "Le Club Accor membership". The room and bathroom were more than perfect. The Birthday chocolate gift was fantastic. Restaurants were magnificent and the spa provides a range of body treatments. Hotel facilities were very good and the shuttle bus was very helpful in our vacation.

Great atmosphere. Nice massages in the spa. The weather was not good though but overall good experience

It was an amazing 2 nights stay in Sofitel during the Eid holidays. The duty manager Mickho and Rio and Yashirah in the reception were very professional, friendly and attentive. Thank you for taking care of us.

Highly recommend Sofitel Dubai The Palm for a staycation.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time and frankly we liked it as much as the first! COVID security was very well respected! It's a beautiful setting all the staff are super nice. The rooms are very clean very spacious with a breathtaking view! This is our go-to hotel every time we come to Dubai it feels really good. No negative point for us! Small special mention for Florent who made our stay even more Wow than it already was. I recommend 100% hard to dislike

One of the best hotels in Dubai (price site service)

Very nice resort on the palm, the Director of front desk Mr. Lachen did our check in and he was extremely helpful, he added for us breakfast as part of the package along with late checkout. Thank you

My wife & I stayed here for a couple nights during our short stop over in Dubai. I must commend all the staff at the Sofitel who made our stay there so enjoyable from the bellboys who helped us out from the taxi to the waiters in the restaurants. I don't think I've ever seen such a consistent experience by all their staff in any hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view of the Arabian Sea or the inside of the Palm Island. They also have a great selection of restaurants to eat from so you don't need to travel too far and an excellent pool facilities. I would recommend the Sofitel at Juremiah to anyone.

Our stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm was really excellent. The rooms are beautiful, the entire pool and beach area was clean, large and nothing was missing. The numerous restaurants also offered a culinary variety - absolute recommendation.

Stunning 5* resort, feel like more than 5 Perfect for families

Calm and peaceful but swimming pools are small and crowded. Rooms clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Dining leaves a lot to be desired. Need to be up early to get a seat near the pool.

Excellent service. I called to make room reservation i was impressed with the good service of Krupa. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Super family oriented resort with very friendly stuff and good facilities (beach with a lifeguard, smaller pool for kids etc). We would highly recommend it to anyone travelling with kids!

Our favourite staff member was Yousaf who always welcomed us with a big smile (through the mask though :) and who took us on a little tour around the resort. Additionaly, special thanks goes to the two lovely ladies from the SPA reception, they were extremely friendly and always made an effort to speak to us.

Rooms with palm view (vs. sea view) offer better view, in our opinion.

The only negative comment from us : food was ridicously overpriced (everywhere really but esp. in Maui restaurant) for what it was...!
