I can not describe the beauty and magnificence of this hotel and the efficiency of staff and staff at Sofitel Palm Hotel and there will be a third visit soon, God willing

Had the most amazing stay here. The room is beautiful and very clean. Staff are very helpful ignore all the bad reviews it's total rubbish. This place is amazing. You can easily walk to your room unless your lazy then u could get the buggy but its a lovely walk back in the evenings. The pools are amazing the beech is perfect. Not busy hotel at all.. its so big that everyone is spaced out. We didnt wait long at all for our drinks and food at the pool area which was lovely. Cold towels and fruit also brought around whilst sunbathing. Like I said an amazing place to stay and would defo come back. Only downside is food expensive but what do you expect being in a 5star hotel on the palm. Pop down to the atlantis hotel and have a starbucks much cheaper :)

We were looking forward to planning two nights away at the Sofitel to take our minds off the current situation. They were offering a great deal for a sea view room with breakfast, all we had to do was fill out the form on the website and we would receive a confirmation call. We filled it out the day before early evening with no response. Rang early morning and couldn't get through to anyone. Its now the day after what was supposed to be the end of our stay and nobody has reached out. This is the second bad experience we've had with the Sofitel on The Palm. Super disappointing as its a beautiful hotel.
Amazing resort - this was our 5th or 6th holiday here and it just gets better - extremely clean with the most attentive and professional staff, even compared to Dubai standards - we are hooked on this first class hotel. Thank you everyone there for looking after us so well. Dubai at it's best!

Location location location...... five stars ..... a little far to get to but the Hotel rooms are not large but plush ...... staff hospitable enough but get to know them and they look after you well. .... great restaurants are expensive but small bar out the back is worth a visit to enjoy a beer and wine (or more) and amazing views over the palm and city - if you are brave try one of the water activities that are also on the doorstep
Very good hotel, except for two action, I was asked my room card just because I asked for directions. In itself, yes okey, but then you should at least ask friendly! And the room service was just okey, we wanted to eat on our balcony and it was not necessary to remove the bird shit from the table and chairs before it was set. In itself a very relaxing holiday, except for these two little things, but also should not occur in this hotel category!
Very pleased to have stayed in this hotel that bears his name! The rooms are huge !!! A luxury bathroom with shower and bath space sink with 2 large basin all this in a large space spirit within our entire room . The breakfast was very good and we had a choice !! As against the restoration of the hotel I did not like it even if there is one that I have not tested so apparently was not bad. Coconut on sale on the beach but frankly not delicious but very pretty for a photo

One of the best view and family resort across palm jumeirah with delicious dinning options as well as for kids there is lots of activities and one of the largest beach and pool for enjoy our vacation with heartful heartist to assist across the resort
Came here for two weeks and enjoyed every bit of it. The beach is close and there are three pools to enjoy. The room was cleaned twice a day. The food was amazing for breakfast and dinner. But the one person who made my experience much better for dinner was Chetan as he is a kind man and hard working. 5 stars from me for a 5 star hotel.

This was my ever best visit to any hotel in UAE... You feel very comfortable in the room , every thing in the room is amazing, the wood combination with natural Stone cladding in the bathroom give you amazing warm feeling making you think to sleep in it instead of the bed. Health club is 7 , very clean, sea view, spacious, and you can find trainer , all modern and new machines. External swimming pool is amazing along with kids play area where you can leave your kids enjoying. Kids cinema was amazing . Staff all were wonderful and help full. I would give 7 stars , but rating is limited to 5 ...
Had a great weekend with friends and family. , it was our first time stayed but definitely not the last. Very friendly and dedicated staff specially Rizwan, Ramesh and sandeep.
Our stay was absolutely phenomenal. I want to thank all the staff at Sofitel The Palm Dubai ... it was the best first few days of our honeymoon we could have imagined. Honestly all the staff were so helpful and friendly, I couldn't fault them. They were all so attentive, and were willing to assist with anything we needed. The room we were upgraded to was the best surprise also ... and the thought and presentation that went into decorating the room for our honeymoon was amazing. Having worked at Pullman hotels in Australia and knowing the standard to which the Sofitel brand is held, this Sofitel exceeded all my expectations. We will definitely be recommending this hotel and will be back. Thank you all so much! I wish I could name you all but unfortunately I have a memory like a goldfish! Best, Lauren and Simon Broadway

Lovely hotel, location and spacious sweets. However delayed much at check in, lack of staff curtisy and some need more training at customer service. Should have clear guidelines for adults at the pool especially those who don't respect the public protocol.

The resort itself caters for all travellers. It is sophisticated, luxurious, spacious, modern, has a unique style and elegant setting. The upgraded room we were provided was pure luxury. Definitely a resort I will be returning to in the future
The Sofitel The Palm with its park and private beach on the palm is very modern and beautifully decorated. The staff was very courteous and friendly both at reception, as well as in the restaurants and in the wellness area. The suite with lounge access was very spacious and nicely decorated. In addition to a large balcony, a huge round bathtub and a king size bed were offered, on which I had slept perfectly. The rooms were nicely decorated, didn't look worn in any way and were cleaned very cleanly every day. In addition, there was free access to the lounge, in which breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner were offered free of charge every day. Breakfast in the main restaurant was also free and offered a huge selection of fresh dishes for every taste. The beach was very well-kept and despite the high hotel occupancy there was enough space to relax and splash around. Drinks and snacks were delivered directly to the deck chair at the push of a button. Only the paid use of the mobile slide on the water was a bit annoying. As a surprise, Sofitel gave us free access to the wellness area and we were able to use the extremely spacious wellness area, which offered everything from the steam bath to numerous indoor and outdoor pools and baths. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.
We have been here twice. Once as a couple and once with our two kids. We love this hotel and the staff is incredible! We always had a prompt response with any issues and were greeted by name so often I wondered how they did it. Top-notch service. After living and working in 9 countries and having travelled to over 100 destinations, Sofitel Dubai The Palm takes the #1 spot for service, relaxation and best rooms. Thank you!

Sofitel The Palm is an excellent place for a magical moment. Staff is friendly, restaurant delicious, pools are amazing ... Everything was perfect ... Highly recommand for a perfect family staycation.
The hotel is not wrong 5 stars. The grounds, facilities, facilities and rooms are really great. The service is also very good and at the front desk also a very nice German. The restaurants are also very good, are rated separately by me. We had booked half board. This means everything at breakfast for free, at lunch or dinner drinks have to be paid extra. Sounds not so bad, but a beer 0,33l costs the equivalent of 15, - ! Okay, then water is drunk. But the small plastic bottle also costs a mere 5, - ! Tip: order water in the room over the phone, are the same bottles, but cost nothing. We always took these to the pool or beach, other guests also for dinner. The water was really the only downside. Otherwise, I can recommend the hotel unreservedly!
We use the conference area for our company function. The place is quite luxurious but unfortunately the snack sandwiches as well as the main lunch cuisines are not as exciting and mouthwatering.
WE were for weekend break, I have a leg fracture with Handycap needing sticks to walk . I asked for a nice room close to the lifts and restaurants. Instead I was given the room 1220 the far most room they had !!! I booked a sea view room and was given a low level room with no view pretending that this was an upgrade !!!

We loved this location! Amazing service, and such a unique feel to the resort. It's very green and clean. I definitely recommend renting a paddle board. The views of Atlantis and burj Khalifa are amazing! Definitely recommend.

Great design, good service, and great facilities. Also a variety of really amazing restaurants and bars. But what I really appreciated more than anything else is the staff and guest service. From Check-in all the way to check-out, the hotel staff have really gone above and beyond to accommodate all my requests! Truly felt welcomed there, and will definitely be back there!
Sofitel Dubai the palm resort is a pleasant place where you feel comfortable and free, we were a big group there and we have made a sport activity in he sea which was a new nice experience for all of us as the hotel is clean and has a very nice terrace on the sea were you can have you lunch or dinner...

I stayed onedag at the beach from master room. Took all my work stress away and enjoyed all facilities. In Dec there was bit chilly wind but the sun was saying. I think in November is the ideal weather . Great staff and it's worth it if you can afford it. Cheers

Our stay was faultless. Beautiful hotel with everything you could possibly need, private beach, several pools, restaurants and bars. The staff are amazing and attend to your every need sometimes before it's even needed! The main pool is wonderful, you can sit there all day and have food and drink brought to your sunbed.
The hotel and the staff are absolutely gorgeous, they rooms are fantastic the pool was amazing I enjoy staying at Sofitel the palm one of the best hotel is Dubai , everything is perfect and will definitely be back

Our third stay at the Sofitel Dubai The Palm with our child each time the stay has been amazing from the rooms, the staff and the amenities cannot recommend this hotel enough the perfect family holiday.
It was amazing! From booking to check-in, food to recreational activities. Service is more than 5 star! Check out - very smooth! Hats off to all their staff. They all deserve recognition. Ms. Krupa from Reservations handled my booking like a total pro. She even went beyond what's expected and turned my already special day to a day I will forever cherish. She made me and my partner feel amazing even without being in the property yet. And the cheery on top? A BOX OF GOURMET CHOCOLATES waiting for us in the room! View is fantastic - no doubt! Facilities are well maintained and modern. Food during breakfast was superb and so varied you can eat it all day! Live stations, fresh pastries, fresh fruits and fruit juices - we were even seated near this "vertical waterfall" design and despite it being really crowded (due to high occupancy), it was peaceful almost! Another note-worthy staff is Mr. Cefi from Manava Restaurant for being very attentive and simply just great! His smile never faltered during the whole time we were there. Another thing really remarkable is ALL THE STAFF SMILES ALL THE TIME AND ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING!! From concierge staff (valet and bell desk), reception and guest relations, outlets, pool attendants, lifeguards, room attendants and engineering staff - all of them! So the whole time we were there, we were just also smiling. Adds to the positive vibes of the place and the experience! PS: Just FYI, we were on a gift voucher stay, but that did not made us feel less of a guest that regular paying ones. And that's saying a lot because with other hotels, if you're on a voucher they tend to just brush you off cos "you're not paying them anyway". PPS: A few hours after checking in, room attendants knocked on our door to "refresh the room" - changed the sheets, towels, PUT ON MUSIC, prepared Chamomile tea (with a very cute note), put water on bedside table, EVERYTHING!! Talking about 5 star service, yeah? Will definitely come back as a "regular paying guest" and HIGHLY RECOMMENDS! Sofitel The Palm deserves more stars!

Amazing the service is the best and the rooms are really nice
We had an amazing experience at the Sofitel. The staff were incredible from Win the buggy driver and helper to David the Director of Food and Beverage. Nothing was too much trouble. If you want a five star plus experience this is the place to be. Itziar and Ruth need a special mention as they made our wedding anniversary special and unforgettable. From the little touches of wedding anniversary chocolates to the bed dressed in rose petals. The in-house restaurants are also superb with fantastic steak at the Porterhouse with thanks to Margarita and her staff that delivered exceptional service. The Chinese restaurant Hoong Long was also excellent and we personally thanked Chef Tia for the best duck we have tasted. All in all we couldn't fault the staff or the customer service at the hotel. It is a hotel that treats everyone as individuals and works towards meeting your every need to ensure you stay is the best ever.
