Overly priced and everything we asked for was extra but had a great time. Staff was very helpful amd friendly.

Normally in palm the best hotel and service but this hotel first abs last time to stay ,,, if u call the restaurant or Resption or anyone they are busy no one pick up the phone if u order something in the room they forgot u have to call them two to 3 times also some staff they don t know hw to talk with us , my dubai they have the best hotel in the world but I think u are by mistake in the dubai

What a deception... We booked a luxury apartment and we got a crappy one...
We stayed 2 nights and we had 3 rooms. This says quite a lot about the quality... The bed frame are super noisy. In all the room we went simply sitting on the bed was making big spring noise.
The rooms were not clean (we walked bare for and our feet were as black as if we walked in the street...). The bed linen had holes, at midnight some emergency lights switched on for no reason and we had to call for maintenance...
At restaurant we tried to order "just chicken": it was not on the menu... That made the staff completely lost... They didn't know how to do...
At checkout they charged us the minibar... From the previous customer...
The staff is not professional, and every little task (like checking if the room is ready) was taking at least 3 peoples and 20 minutes...
Some goods points : the huge breakfast, with really good quality food ; the pools, the beach... But all the rest... Meh... That's not a 5 stars... The beach towels were so old they looked like mop...
Stay away from this overpriced hotel...
One side note: while we were complaining at the reception we noticed the 3 other customers next to us were complaining too...

A very relaxing hotel with a friendly staff ..with different restaurant but the most outstanding was the steak house .. named porterhouse good food and excellent service

Staff are nice, Room is extremely wooow, was dissatisfied with the restaurants, special the open buffet one, no variety at all, can never be called a 5 stars buffet , sweets were only 2 or 3 options, same goes for fruits

Other restaurants are really overpriced where a soda is served for 30 AED

No entertainment over the Swimming pool, No music, No bar in the middle, u have to walk out of the swimming to get a drink while most other resorts serves a drink from a bar that part of swimming pool.

Room services are amazing, high 5 for the friendly staff, Good luck

The best place to go with family for pool day..love the pool and the open beach access. And kids love the water slides. And the pool has deep and shallow part so best for everyone and jacuzzi is the best. Recommend everyone to go if you want to have a good time with family or friends.

Another great vacation.
The service is just amazing, I would like to highlight the receptionists from the porterhouse, rarely seen such nice and child-friendly staff.
I would also like to highlight Mr. Wasaq from the Mavana Buffet, an employee who loves his work and fulfills all of his guests' wishes.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was beautiful and clean, and the staff was great. The waiter,Chetan, was really freindly.

A bit far from the marina, 30 min drive, just 2km from Atlantis. Nice setting, clean rooms, breathtaking views of the Palm and the city center.

This is a great hotel which I stayed in with my wife.

Really enjoyed a week here, with a great pool and beach, selection of cuisines and lovely expansive rooms. The spa was amazing as well. One criticism would be that there are a lot of children in the main pool rather than at the family pool.

Just tip top, very great hotel with good service, friendly and helpful staff.
The food is very good and varied.
The rooms are large and comfortably furnished.
For a holiday to relax and feel very much recommended.

The staff are total angels, they can't do enough for you. Hotel right on the beach, there is no waves either! Nice big pool. The restaurants are too die for. But it's Hot, Hot, Hot!

Had a fab brunch here beautiful setting pools and beach. Great for small children as there are 2 waterslides to have fun on.

Had a great time. Did well to give us interim room as we landed so early in the day on arrival. Am grateful to staff for adjusting. Also they had a great piano player in forum bar was a pleasure to listen to her play. Fantastic.

1. Stayed here for 6 days. Got this hotel booked by Employer on official work in Dubai
2. Worth every penny.Just ask for good room which has VIEW from balcony
3. Food is bit expensive, but still worth.
4. Never miss to spend time in Swimming pool
5. Hotel staff r friendly and great ambiance provided

Finally its for higher class people. Its difficult for middle and lower class to access[rates r bit high]

Comfortable stay, in relation to the room this was just right. Sizeable, good balcony, nice, neat, clean. Hotel stay cost I thought was reasonable considering this is the palm. The cost of food/ drinks was extortionate, I understand they have and all inclusive drinks package which might be a good option, I think the breakfast buffet was an absolute ripoff. I used the spa - this was lovely, nice ambience, professional staff, good service although a bit expensive! I didn't think the beach was that great considering it was the palm, crowded in places, constant disturbances, and crows ?!? Overall good experience

The lobby service was great, however the service at the pool was awful. The staff seemed burdened to take orders, the lifeguards were blowing their whistles constantly, etc. I had a hard time relaxing knowing people were looking to yell at you, as a grown adult. I bought items from the mini bar in the room and was told I could not have it by the pool.... it was something I purchased from YOUR hotel. Discouraged me from wanting to go to the pool at all.

Amazing service, high quality amenities, beautiful beach, delicious food (a bit pricey). Truly a little paradise. Only minor discomfort is the distance of the hotel from the city centre. It's about 30-40 minutes to downtown (AED 60 in Dubai Taxi). The hotel is best suited for someone looking for a beach vacation.

We had a lovely stay . And we hope to return next year .a well managed hotel.

A very beautiful hotel! That's all just fine! A lot of greenery, there is where to hide from the sun, there are gazebos near the pool and on the beach (for a fee), but an umbrella was enough for us to hide from the sun (it was in March). There is a separate large children's pool , everything is fenced, there are toys for children who have forgotten theirs, there are places completely closed from the sun, you can comfortably settle down with small children. The room is simply gorgeous, we lived in a family suite, the room is huge, a large balcony-loggia. The owners of the room have access to a separate lounge, there was breakfast, from 14 to 16 tea drinking (delicious cakes, sandwiches, fruits and from 17 to 19 "happy hours for cocktail lovers (here there was a small joint at the bartenders, they did it for a very long time, then they generally forgot what they ordered, waited 40 minutes!). But this did not spoil our rest)). And of course not only drinks were, very tasty snacks, which are enough for dinner.
Yes, I forgot to say, there is no buffet, fenced off, show what you want, and they put it in your plate. It sometimes took time, if several people were going to have to wait, and quickly did not take what I forgot. All this, of course, because of covid, let's hope it ends someday.
The beach is good, but already in the water you come across sharp stones, from those who have delicate legs take protective shoes, especially for small children.
Enjoyed the rest, I advise you to visit this hotel.

Only problem was that our son had to sleep on a sofa, we where offered a bed for him but told it would cost us, a bit of disappointing start to what was a fabulous holiday

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for few days during our holiday in November 2019. While the weather is mostly cold and rainy during this season you can for sure enjoy the summer in the winter in Dubai with temperatures around 30 degrees. I've already been to Dubai multiple times and can say this hotel is one of the best Dubai and the Palm Island can offer. Check-In was very fast and unproblematic, special thanks to receptionist who welcomed us very friendly at the hotel and was able to give us a nice room which exceeded our expectations. We had a room with very nice view . Even during main season you'll always find a nice place at the pool or beach, the staff here is always happy to help you find your favorite spot. Breakfast and dinner buffet offers a gigantic range of local and international fresh food.All in all can only recommend this hotel nice beach and pool side, excellent food and drinks, very friendly and obliging staff think this is all you need for a holiday that you'll never forget.

Our family love this place. We have day pass after reserving a lunch in The world Eatery and spend entire day here in the beach and multiple swimming pool. This slider pool is our favorite!

The hotel is number #1hotel for me. Amazing service and great ambiance.

Amazing pool, very nice and friendly employees. Pool water is chilled, and it feels very nice when the temperature outside is high. There also is a beach, but the area which you can swim feels a bit small. Next time I will experience the water sports facilities as well.

Amazing service with a team who were highly respectful and thoughtful. They made sure our stay was comfortable, and that we felt safe with Covid restrictions
We stayed in a two bed sea view apartment which was generously spaced. Only issue is Bluetooth speaker connectivity failed. But I'll just carry my own when I come back
