Me and my partner genuinely had the best hotel experience we've ever had anywhere in the world. The hotel itself is stunning and the facilities such as the different pools, private beach and a la carte restaurants were incredible. What really made our stay though was the staff, from the second we arrived to the second we left they were always on hand to assist with anything. The concierge staff do a wonderful job of organising your stuff when you arrive and sorting out transport for you throughout your stay not to mention there attention to detail! Our room was always well looked after by the cleaning staff and the service at the restaurants was also incredible. We tried the Porterhouse, Bottega and also Maui Beach for a picnic under the stars where i proposed to my girlfriend. Sanjeev at Maui Beach was incredible and I Thank him and his colleagues sincerely for making our engagement night one we will never forget. The restaurant staff in Bottega and Porterhouse were also in a class of there own and the food was as good as we had anywhere on our trip! We have already recommended to several friends and family and we too hope to visit again sometime soon.
