Have stayed here twice now - great location on the palm with service that is second to none. Palm view rooms are amazing and they even offer a free shuttle service to Dubai mall a few times a day - love it here

Permanent and preferred producers in the Emirate of Dubai. Staff Khaddomin. Swimming pools are common. The place was recommended for family stays to the strength of the kids club

once of the best hotels in palm Jumeirah, the rooms are amazing (the apartments are event better), the service quality is more than excellent, i have really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, they have even provided me with a free upgrade from one room to an apartment having a sea view

Having visited Dubai a few times previously Sofitel The Palm certainly has a lot to learn from its neighbouring hotels.
The Hotel resort itself is a lovely place, the level of service from the staff in the hotel is definately not.
It does seem that the staff are not trained to look after peoples needs at the prestigious Palm Dubai area.
This quite poor (considering they say they are 5 star) service started from when we paid for early check in but on the 8am arrival we were told there was a delay in the room being prepared. We had 2 small kids and the room wasnt ready until 1pm!
Pool and beach staff very good.
Manava terrible 1 star.
Porterhouse poor.
The Hotel and resort is quite expensive but we didnt mind this having stayed at other Hotels on the Palm previously.
I think the service at a Hotel is made by the people running it.
I would rate this Hotel at 3/4 star resort.
5 star it is not!

Initially it took me a while to get used to my glasses fogging up, but when I overcame that, the resort was my oyster. The welcome to a weary traveler in the wee small hours, the refreshing glass of lime juice, the attentive staff taking the bags to the suite and sharing tips on the bits and bobs just made it all so comforting. Breakfast rated a 12 out of 10, customer service a 14. Cannot thank the housekeeping enough for the attention to detail. The cabana staff by the pools and beach were awesome. Friendly, attentive and on the ball. A wonderful stay and cannot wait to return.

We visited the Sofitel to watch the sports. A great place to go to keep up with the football whilst on holiday

My wife and I stayed for 3 night to get away from the little one! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed by the polite and courteous staff. Nothing was too much trouble! The hotel is wonderful and maintained to a very high standard. During our stay, we had half board. We opted for breakfast and dinner each day in each of the three a la carte restaurants. Each of these provided multiple lovely options for each of the three courses available and the food was delicious! My wife and I were so sad to leave (she shed a tier!) and hope that we can come back one day soon for another treat, in this wonderful luxury hotel resort! hanks so much we really mean it! :-)

Amazing resort .specially porter house restaurant .where you can find your choice of steaks and beverages are just perfect.

Great location with a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a spacious pool. Also suitable for children. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is wide on offer and good in quality. Only the deck chairs are not very high quality ... A visit is still recommended!

It was really amazing experience by choosing sofitel to stay by welcoming us from the reception area till they guided us to our room and explaining hotel facilities by them as well.. well be recommended for friends & family while visiting dubai to stay in sofitel,,

Beautiful resort... ocean.... pools.... sun and sand. Great service. Only did not appreciate no jacuzzi unless you book a spa treatment.

Did a day pass pool.. all was good... the food could be better and there is a lack of space for the pool bed.. but staff is helpful, friendly and the set up is nice.

Love the vibe of this place. The kids pool is amazing. One of the few pools with slides for kids. And with 30% discount for privilee members, F&B is hard to resist.

I'll admit that the first two nights were slightly uncomfortable due to a power issue in our room that left us without AC. However, I've never been more impressed with the customer service response, especially Dinni, I recieved at Sofitel The Palm. They provided us a new room in a better location, that was twice the size and cost of our original spot at no additional cost. Was so happy for the last week here and now sad to be leaving, thanks for everything and the wondering people that made it happen!

The resort is very elegant, massive and clean and the facilities are enjoyable for all ages, the apartments are huge and very well equipped and chic with an amaaazing bath tub, All the staff is super helpful and hospital specially Mr. Ahmed Soliman....we would definitely come back

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! Only thing they need to sort out is how to guarantee sun loungers for guests staying at the hotel on Fridays and Saturdays when they sell beach and pool access passes to non-resident guests. Other than that, we had a fantastic holiday and look forward to returning next year. Special mention to the very friendly and helpful Mr Win in the reception area .

I had a wonderful 3 day stay and unwinding experience at Sofitel, The Palm. Amazing location and beautiful architecture. I usually don t review hotels online but I would like to give a shout-out to this lovely place and the friendly staff. Special mention to Jagga and Ratna for their hospitality. They made my buggee ride delightful from the reception to apartment 3 with their stories and offered to weigh my luggage when I expressed my concern that it might be overweight. Their patience and kind gestures enhanced my experience. I miss my room and the private beach already!

Very luxurious hotel. We got the prestige suite which is on the 4th floor. Super worth it. The staff were very professional and friendly. We had access to the executive lounge (club millisime) which serve private daily breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks.

It s a great place to spend the holidays, absolutely incredible service and great buffet with a wide variety of international varieties.

It was amazing and I enjoyed every bit of my stay at Sofitel.

Thank you to all staff of The World Eatery Restaurant, in particular to the Manager and to the Chef Michel. My wife is allergic to gluten and they were very helpful proposing everyday a different menu only for her.We'll definitely be back.

The staff was professional and very helpful, breakfast was excellent, everything was perfect .

The reception desk was extremely welcoming and helpful, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and good from inside and I have enjoyed the fish food Golf. But the room had very bad view, I have reserved sea view, but I got no view, like a room inside any building not in the palm resort, the restaurant food was below average, since I have experience with almost all the 5 stars hotel in UAE. however, I would like to thank everybody for the welcoming and I hope my comments will help for better future.

Once looking pool area but very family orientated. Beach was very busy with loungers lined up for many metres. Just fid not compare to the top class hotel we had been to in Abu Dhabi days earlier. I wont come back.

Not a bad place to spend the day(staycation) Beach is great, you can find quiet spots if you want silence. Pool is very busy. Pool/beach service is a bit on the slow side. Decor inside the lobby is great. Not inexpensive.

Worth the money, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful design, no loud nightclubs or parties, relaxing and classy atmosphere, only disappointment was the Lebanese restaurant being closed.
