Lovely place, the pool is so beautiful but the beach is small, service, reception and hotel very good.

Stayed for a couple of days
I asked to change my room for the next day, I was delighted to be served by Mr Ahmed Soliman from the front desk who was very professional and very quick handling my request.

My first and definitely not the last time

One of the best hotels I have stayed this year the service was very good .staff were all professional and helpful.
The layout of the complex is well organized and your next door to the Atlantis if you want to do a 1 day in the water parks it's just there.

Food and restaurant have been excellent I didn't have no issues but book all your reservations on the 1st day to avoid disappointment.

Will I come back here again definitely.

Full class resort with sports facilities and good restaurants.

Beautiful resort located on Palm Jumeirah, the artificial palm-shaped island. Refined decoration on the theme of Polynesia. The hotel is surrounded by well maintained tropical gardens. Comfortable rooms, worthy of a Sofitel, very vast. Bathroom with Italian shower and bath. On the catering side there is the choice between several options. The manager serves a very refined sea cuisine, with a beautiful outdoor terrace. You can also dine on the beach at the lagoon lounge, very nice musical atmosphere. Only downside, the breakfast restaurant is a huge room a little dark and takes on a factory appearance in the morning because of the affluence of families. But the buffets are varied and replenished as and when. We preferred the terrace quieter. Leisure side beautiful lagoon pool. As always the chairs are booked without being occupied since opening at 8am! Many children so rather noisy. We prefer the beach, fine sand very clean (artificial beach) and the sea gently sloping, very clear. Only shadow on the board, large blue jellyfish are in the game and some helicopters come to disturb the calm. Finally we must emphasize the kindness and efficiency of the staff, with special compliments for Nikki, one of the janitors.
All in all a nice place to stay quiet outside of Dubai center. The Marina is quickly accessible by taxi.

To be fair, everything in terms of swimming, staff, service, room, and breakfast was perfect. However, upon check in, we were told that we can check out the next day at 4 pm (because we checked in at 6pm), which we really appreciated. Next day at 1 pm when we were still relaxing suddenly the staff started calling why we hadn't checked out at 12!! We told them an employee at the reception told us we could stay till 4 pm but they said no you should have confirmed that (nobody said anything about confirming). They hurried us to check out saying they were "overbooked" and people were fighting in the lobby for a room. At 2 pm we were almost ready to checkout when the room phone rang. I told the man on the phone please give me 5 minutes and I'll be down, he said no sorry I don't have this time!! I will send an employee to help you with your bags now! This was extremely unprofessional! I ended up forgetting my Huawei supercharger that is worth more than 100 AED just because he couldn't give me 5 minutes.

Beautiful near everything. Superb apartment. Nice performance. Very hospitable people and available. Do not hesitate.

Overall, this place is bad. I don't like the hotel itself, the food is not that good which is why I did not eat with my family for two days. The first time I ate here, the bacon was super dry and hard. I hate it.

We had a great time but at check out they charged me twice and despite the fact that I sent all the credit card statements they refused to reimburse me. It has been a year of back and forth, really disappointing!

This hotel is something special! The service was all around, because all are required to a small talk with the guests to lead and to fulfill every wish. If you need or want something, the answer is always "Yes Sir / Madam, no problem".
The restaurants are all very well done. In some there is a relaxed atmosphere, in others rather an elegant one. For both you should bring clothes. The kitchen is excellent. Especially the Chinese restaurant can not be beat in kitchen and service.
The rooms are clean, comfortably furnished and the bathrooms are luxurious. Our junior suite also had iron with board. Equipment with hair dryer, cosmetic little things, free drinks and fruits was a matter of course. Only the wardrobes are a bit small and wall hooks are in vain. The rooms are made twice a day, morning for the day and bedtime in the evening.
The normal breakfast buffet is very extensive and international, there is even a children's buffet. However, we had breakfast at Club Millesime, which has crowned quality in everything. Especially Maria made our stay unforgettable. There's just nothing to worry about confidently. Nothing is impossible. She gives tips for outings, explains ingredients of the food, takes care if something is missing in the room ... She just feels responsible and what more do you want as a guest ?!
The spa area is fantastic. But it costs extra if you have not booked an application. There are both separate areas for women and men, as well as a common area.
The barber, the beauty salon and hairdresser are very good. After the professional shave my husband had no problems with his extremely sensitive skin.
Not to mention the various pools and the beach. The hotel has a length of one kilometer, correspondingly long is the really successful beach. The sand is not very fine-grained, but pleasant. A paradise for sun worshipers and children.
A shuttle to Dubai takes you to the Emirates Mall and Dubai Mall and back several times a day. Alternatively, take a taxi for the price of about 70-80 AED. If you want to experience Dubai, you have to be aware that from Sofitel it takes about 30-40 minutes to get to the city. But you can end the evening in the hotel wonderful on the beach.

All in all a great hotel. As far as I can tell also great with children bookable. Thanks again to Maria!

The food, service and ambience of the Maui Beach was divine. My friends and I enjoyed a late afternoon served with delicious sandwiches.

Very family focused, average facilities, service levels are questionable.in particular at check.in & out (30+ mins each). We stayed in a beach suite which was very well appointed.
The wifi on the resort is a joke with low speeds and many black spots away from the main building. The in room TV system is extremely basic with no connect your own device or Netflix capability.
The staff seemed to try hard but a combination of lack of basic training and maybe too few of them led to a few frustrating incidents.
Overall a pleasant enough weekend but too many negatives to score higher than 2/5

I arrived on sunday , and iam now at the hotel, It is a very nice place , lovely staff but i wouldnt expect this from such hotel ; toothpaste was not already offered, i had to ask for ir , i have to wait like 3 to 5 mins for the water to become
Hot from the tap. There is no electric plug in the bathroom , so i cant use the hair dryer isnide on the mirrors , i only can use it inside where there is no mirror. The light is soo dim and dark , i cant see myself clearly to put make up and see it clear for example. No electric plug beside the bed , i had to remove thw radio bose to use the plug and charge my cell beside my bed. The bed seems not on same level btween the righr and left side.
Its a nice hotel , but i shouldnt worry about these stuff.

Amazing experience right from the front door as we arrived and when we reluctantly left.

Here on the first stop of our honeymoon and it was perfect for the 4 nights we were here. All the staff were fantastic and could never do enough for you. Extra mention for the Porter House restaurant too - we had the chateau briand, and it was one of the finest meals we've had for a long time. Thank you for having us.

My husband's favorite dinner place is Maui at the Sofitel, The Palm. The Indian dishes reminds him of home. Plus the staff are super friendly and helpful. Will be back for sure to try other restaurants there.

In this pandemic time, people have chosen to have a staycation in dubai than to travel. In my 29th year, i chose to celebrate my birthday in sofitel and i didnt even regret my decision. It was worth my money. Thanks to the hotel staff esp to IRIAZA for being nice who upgraded me the moment he knew it was my birthday. We were also grateful to RIO who accomodated us in our whole stay. He was so amazing, indeed filipino hospitality is the best. Shoutout to the housekeeping staff who were so professionals in maintaning the room tidy. I will recommend the hotel to my friends who wants to have a quick getaway in the middle of the city. Actually, we are already booked again this weekend for a staycation with my another set of friends this hotel is 5/5.

Beautiful hotel and the location is absolutely lovely.

A place where luxury is better defined. Nice Beach with comfy furniture. Luxury accommodation, smiling staff and no car noise. Only modified golf carts are an acceptable mode of transportation inside the gates

They do not accept Credit Cards for long term stay. So please check if the hotel before confirming your bookings

Nice hotel but prices are crazily expensive. AED 35 for a double expresso, the most expensive in Dubai!

Excellent service from housekeeping. Nice staycation with family.

Beach access with amzing Sushi at Saturday. Relax, tranquility and good food. We have spent 230AED each

Overall good hotel (not excellent) with nice landscapes and good services. Ms. Margarita at the steakhouse restaurant stands out among all Sofitel staff. She is impressive and deserves recognition. The view of the palm and the marina is fantastic day and night.
However, there is room for improvement in many areas:
1- Reception staff who checked us in (Naser) needs some counseling regarding professionalism and etiquette.
2- Coffee quality at Manava breakfast is average.
3- Balcony chairs are high dining chairs (not lounge chairs) and are not suitable for relaxation.
4- Shower floor is not tilted to allow water to flow to the drain. The water stays stagnant on the floor.
5- The carpeted corridors have a damp smell.
6- bathroom and closets wooden doors are not easy to close.
7- picture frames above the bed are not at same level.
8- Food quality, presentation, and service at family pool is below average.

The housekeeping experience was memorable and great..I love the way and manner they carry out their jobs.

Excellent staff and facilities, however costings could be more transparent.
Good variety of restaurants and bars.

Suitable for families and children .. Beach and sea swimming pools beautiful.

Neat and clean hotel with all luxuries , perfect view of sun rise and sun set . Sun rises above the city skyline far away.

Fantastic moments I had here. From the amazing cool pools, friendly and accommodating reception and the waitress, Lucia in the World eatery serving us with an amazing sumptuous meal that made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

I loved my experience at Sofitel. It's a beautiful resort with spacious and luxurious rooms. The spa experience was lovely. Dining restaurants are various with delicious food. Pool and beach is also nice. Palm views are spectacular. I recommend

Expensive and executive class beautiful quite and great for conferences and events.

Porterhouse, the staff wasn't welcoming at all. We sat on a table to find a guest was still using it. He was gracious enough to move his drinks. Overall the food and service left a lot to be desired

Nice spacious 3 bedroom villa with private swimming pool and jacuzzi. Enjoyed the stay and service along with breakfast combinations set up in villa.

Doesnt worth any Dirhams i paid, such a bad birthday experience
