Great property but size matters. The hotel has difficulty to stay customer centric. It runs on rules and workflows, giving the staff barely a chance to personalise the service. Sometimes hotels are too big and work on margins. This hotel is one of them. Otherwise, very nice rooms and facilities for a weekend break. Stick with buffet, the a la carte is a bit overpriced. We got our room only around 4pm (after a 2 hour check-in time!), but was compensated with an upgrade and late check out. This hotel needs to work on the check in and out service big time (you get to see your bill on a screen because of the new system that doesn't work... But you finally sign on a printout.. All takes 10min lol. What's the advantage?!?). Accord membership doesn't give you any discounts on F&B :(
