I must say I have had a few issues here and there ...

I must say I have had a few issues here and there with the room or the service. But the team is very helpful and understanding. Solutions have been provided quickly and to my satisfaction. I think we can all agree that perfect doesn t exist but how the team manages issues is good. That s what s important.
Rooms are bigger than standard. Hard floor no carpet in the rooms. Buffet for breakfast is little bit bigger than standard, very nice. Food quality and taste is good. No issues. A lot of tourist activities are provided or available for booking.
However I still must say that the internet policy is outdated, I think personally. Free is a 5MB/s line which is not enough for Netflix etc. If you want a normal internet line you pay 100-200AED.....per day! (Sorry can t remember exactly anymore). In this day and age WiFi at normal speeds should be free and other hotels tested in Dubai do actually provide that.
But again overall really nice hotel at an amazing location.
