Paradise with the most wonderful staff so friendly and helpful

Brilliant hotel and 5 star brekky however other meals let it down.

A comfortable place to visit, impress, cool, come and prove it must be satisfied

One of the favorite hotels to Bali. Spacious and cool room. Super friendly service, fast response. A complete and delicious breakfast. Swimming pool is Champion. there is a private beach too. very worth with the price.

Relatively new hotel, only 1+year old. If you want to explore local "traditional" Balinese scene there are few better options in Nusa Dua area. If you're into luxury and modern lavish French/Bali elegance, this is it.
Friendly staff, very very helpful butler, yes the hotel provide butler service for suite&villa guest.
Best buffet breakfast ever!!! Believe me, we went to Bali every year and this is by far the best buffet breakfast we had in Bali. So book your room with breakfast. The club also serve breakfast, but make sure you go to KWEE ZEEN. We also had dinner there, cost around US$30/person.

Sofitel also provide complimentary internet, very good connection around the hotel, even at the beach still got 4 bars, so if you must be online all the time, this is the hotel for you.

Few downside: there are 2 Samsung 46" TVs in room, one with bad reception, the other one doesn't work properly, also the $5,000 high-tech toilet also broken. (Hotel management did offered us to move to another room, but we chose to stay because of the view).

Had issues with the room and the services in the beginning, but Bpk Riza and Bpk Rudi worked hard to rectify the situation and made our experience great again.
The room we stayed in is bright, with great views of the sunrise. The room, and the hotel, is a bit dated but the facilities, automated toilet, and fixtures were modern.

A nice beach resort at the best tourism resort a long the white sand Nusa Dua Beach. I was nice meeting point just in the beach front mini exhibition room during our sales meeting with some travel agent delegate from Middle East.

The place is nice, unfortunately the room is rather humid. The arrangement of the bathroom is not suitable for me

Yes it's pricey because of location and the fact that it's a Sofitel. And very few 5-star hotels earn their cost in Nusa Dua.
But Sofitel is definitely worth the price of admission.
Great service, amazing location, great views.
Don't miss the sunrise or sunset if you like taking photos.
The room layout is perfect, and everything is very modern - unlike many of it's (same price range) neighbors.

stay here for 2 night was really worth of value with experience, lovely staff, nice breakfast, nice room, and the one that i cant forget is i love the pool and also the brunch....it was absolutely the best experience weekend gateway from hectic city life works ever....will return for sure and need longer of course. but only one that i dont like in here is the building is so complicated, is so hard to find my room and i was so long way back near the beach (good also) but i need to walk 5 minutes to the lobby....lol, but it was okay...at least u need to work out sometimes

Extremely well built, very extravagant room design with over build bathroom. Amazing view, extraordinary pools, but a boring shallow beach with pebble sand in some part of it. Very delicious new years eve dinner buffet, but the party afterwards is just plain dull.

I am extremely impressed with the service and arrangement provided. Being treated as the Guest of the day, we were given the absolute best service and exclusive entry to the executive lounge. It is definitely worth for the value of money.

Full access structure is the best. Follow the waterway to the main pool and beach entrance. Club Millet Jim Haiti, cocktail hour is an unforgettable treat! I'm afraid that the floor is a bit slippery, and I need some repairs or room maintenance in my room. And the performance of the refrigerator is not good. Never a cool beer can drink!

The hotel is comfortable ,, private and spacious, it fits the honeymoon because the room with the bathroom is not limited ... there's just a shower just for it, if the bathtub isn't there at all, there's just a mosquito net , but it's really comfortable the staff are friendly, the pool is also good and the food is delicious, it's wrong there not the same partner so it seems like the spa is always full because a few days there I want the spa to get mlm, so I have to call go massage and really like the balcony .. Private, want to be naked too, nobody will see lihat

Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort made our stay! Beyond beautiful, grand and uplifting, with spacious rooms, excellent service.
We stayed at the pool access room - it was absolutely lovely, the rooms are cozy, spacious and comfortable.
The service from all the staff was perfect - a great balance between the formality that befitted the wonderful environment whilst being friendly and welcoming too!
The breakfast and dinner was superb. There was everything you could have wanted, and if there wasn't, all you had to do was ask. I only wish we had more room in our stomachs too sample everything!

So coollll.. have personal beach.. with wide swimming poolll.. 1 week in here isn't enough..

What a great resort. I will caveat this that we havent been to any other resorts here in nusa dua but sofitel exceeded any expectations I had prior to arrival. If you can afford it, the pool access rooms on the ground floor make getting in and out of the pool super convenient and really fun.
Also, club milliseme is a really well serviced convenience. They are really accommodating, allowing you access to all services before your check-in and after your check out. There is unlimited drinks between the hours of 5:30 and 7:30pm and a high tea between 3:30 and 5:00. The food quality is not exceptional but its all free once you have access.
All in all, we had a fantastic time relaxing around the resort.

Maybe I am not type of guest who like 5 stars hotel. The staff is not approachable and not friendly enough like staff in 4 or 3 stars hotel.

My third visit here. Such a wonderful place to be in. The moment you enter the premises you're greeted by hotel ambassadors. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.

We enjoyed a lot at this place we would love to be there again if we visit Bali again.

A good place to vacate and relax, and where Kids Villa is to put and play with children. The beach and hotel facilities are very good, the beach trails can be directly connected to the Bail collection, there is Starbucks over there, it is much better than the coffee in the hotel, the buffet is very ordinary, the restaurant in the G building is very good, although everything is good. I have to pay 21% tax, but the price is acceptable, not too expensive. The beach is also very comfortable to play with water, and the sea is blue and clear, which is a bit of a change for Bali.

I have a bad reputation. I do not have much to eat in the room condition, and I do not feel good kindness either. After check-in, we went to the tour and did not have a mini-bar trip until 8 o'clock. I do not think to come back again

A really cool hotel. One of the masterpieces from accor group. The food is delicious even though it must be respected for Muslims. We especially asked for a sign / breakfast where the menu is halal and not. We also conveyed that the cooking and serving places were really separated so they were not mixed.

Awesome facilities, very complete. Very big areas. The prestige suite was awesome. The beach was very clean and has white sand and clear water. The pools has many options, has 3 kids friendly shallow pool.
The most remembered is their service, top notch! Up of the game.

Superb hotel with great swimming pool and beach. They have great staff and also very nice daycare service. The food is good but the price too high and the food rotation kinda lacking. This hotel is very kid friendly.

Sofitel Nusa Dua lacks finesse and pays a poor attention to detail. This hotel is very disappointing and is a disgrace for a so called luxury hotel . For a 5-star hotel and the price this hotel charged, the quality is mediocre at best. Housekeeping service is very slow, especially when requesting toilet amenities I had to ask 3-4 times before they arrive.

Cleanliness of the room is very poor, I had to scrub the bathtub myself before using it for the first time of my visit as it had residue or gunk build up that may be caused by the previous guests. Few spots of the room looked like they have been left uncleaned thoroughly for months as you can pick up heavy dusts especially when you run your fingers through the coffee tables. Not to mention, you will be able to find spider web at the corners of the room.

More, the key reader and key card to my room just stopped functioning on the last day of my stay and locked my partner out of the room, luckily I was inside the room to open up.

If you stay during new years holiday, there is a mandatory gala dinner that you have to attend at an extra cost. Again for the price you pay for, the quality of food is embarassing e.g Seafood are not fresh and the other food selections fails to excite.

The breakfast was OK, again the cleanliness is very poor - there were bird droppings on our table that were not wiped at the time the table were set up. Would not recommend anyone for this hotel. Better look at Movenpick for stay. Half the price, but much better quality. Or Mulia hotel at Nusa Dua is a much better place to stay.
