Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort Review

This place was just amazing - it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we checked in everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back!

Nice hotel. Lobby, room ans pool design are all very nice. Service, friendliness and selection of food for breakfast need to to be improved. My second time to visit after more than 6 months and dont see the service improved much. Overall I have a pleasant stay. A great design resort.

The property is beautiful , rooms are lovely, food was amazing , location is perfect but I was surprised by the flies Everyday at lunch and breakfast buffet. It was very annoying and for a brand like Sofitel unacceptable

Spacious room. Nice bathroom & bath tub. Some room Ac not working well however management would gladly upgrade the room to a larger & working ac.

But for taste, it seems that it has been adjusted to the taste of westerners who use little spices

Very nice hotel but pool service was non-existent. Such a disappointment. Not a 5-star hotel at this time for that reason. Management need to get the staff together immediately to address the service issues. UPDATE: hotel management upon reading my review swung into action and discussed the issues with me. Since then the service has been fantastic, and the patrons are happy. Well done for taking such swift action. Increased from 2 to 4 stars accordingly.

Lovely hotel and facilities. But takes away from the natural and traditional feel of Bali

My wife and I stayed on an 8 night luxury escape with friends who were Bali virgins. It was also my birthday and 35th wedding anniversary. The staff were extremely thoughtful and obliging surprising us with cake and flowers. Special shout out to Lydia from customer services who was able to relocate us to a super quiet room on request. Thankyou! We also have a Balinese friend Subur, who is the Chef de Cuisine in the Kwee Zeen restaurant. We already knew he is a fabulous chef but the buffet breakfasts were outstanding! And the service is beyond!. I made use of the SOfit gym and my wife the yoga classes...all great. If you are a big resort lover put this one on the list. Great value!

We stay at Sofitel during 2 nights and it was simply amazing. All the staff were lovely and can't do enough to make you feel welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Very clean and amenities were great. The bathroom was well appointed and the servicing of the room was impeccable. The restaurants were also very good. Cucina was our favorite place to eat .The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a huge variety of food. It's simply amazing with all of the different stations and hubs to visit. The pool was set out beautifully and the lounges are so comfortable. There is a small kids pool area that keeps the kids occupied and next to that is the kids club. The spa treatments were divine. We pretty much had one every single day. Overall, an excellent resort to stay in Nusa Dua!

Bali Nusa Dua Beachfront Hotel. Best place for rest. Freedom to do nothing! Sea, blue sky and sunset, fantasy combination. Beer during hot daytime! Evening sunset cocktails.

While staying several times at Sofitel Bali hotels, I am very satisfied and our children are very happy with the smooth wi fi facilities. Our children like to walk on the beach and they feel safe, they like to take selfies around the hotel and also in hotel rooms and in the swimming pool then send photos to their friends in Java using wifi in the hotel. My child can also order food to be sent to the room when they stay at my meeting ... I feel calm and hommy lives at the Sofitel hotel ...... thanks ... good job

Beautifull resort in premium location surrounded by beautifull beach and scenery. Stay for 2 nights there. Staff were friendly. Easy access while check in. Room was spacious and clean.

We tried the famous Sunday Brunch there. The food was amazing, the staff very welcoming and helpfull.

Amenities are very good, the staff great! Interesting activities at the kid's club. I highly recommend it.

Apperantly nobody in the front office... I got sick here, called the front office for like forever and nobody pick up. When I'm checking out, call the front office and same thing happened... people can seriously die in there.

The ants climbed out of bed, the others were fine, the refrigerator was locked, and the deposit required was IDR$1,000,000.

Working Staff is really very friendly. Environment is well maintained. And room service is very attentive.

It's a really nice hotel.
We came to stay in Bali for holiday and cousins and grandpa came too. We stayed in villa but we tryed out several different hotel that our private driver recommended. But Sofitel was our favorite. The lobby was really nice and there were lots of wooden animal carvings which was super cool. There were about three or four pools and a massive clean beach. In kids pool there was sand area, a slide and sunbeds everywhere. We went to this one the most and we all loved it. Our friend from school was there and stayed at resort. After trying many we decided that this was one of a kind and best of them all.

One of the best hotel we have ever been. Everything was perfect!! We felt so happy and relaxed. Staff extremly helpful and ready to assist at anytime. Our room with pool aceeses, was so huge, clean simply breathtaking. Breakfast be ready for 60 different cusines variety ,all cooked fresh daily. We wana go back 100% . We had Milesine access so we have had daily free happy hour with hot & cold snacks. Must visit hotel when in Bali, want to get small luxury. We loved it!!!!

Great hotel in Nusa Dua isolated from the crowd of Semyniak. Access to a private beach (water was not deep enough even at high tide it was only waist high). Prices were very reasonable for a hotel of that standing. Had a massage on the beach. Great experience while listening to the sea and the wind.

This is the most hearty breakfast I have ever used. I can choose a variety of fruits and vegetables to mix and mix fresh juice on the spot. Sofitel opened its new hotel in Bali for three years. It has its own private beach. The sand color and cleanliness are much better than Kuta Beach. Guests who live in the general room type can purchase their membership club Millesime admission, fruit juice snacks. You can drink from the morning to the evening, have afternoon tea time at 3~5 pm, and have a cocktail and red and white wine at 17:30~19:30. When the restaurant's diet is more than nothing. The environment, service, cleanliness, meals, and room service are all first-class. The personal butler is also very well served. I have been particularly impressed by the many times I have been to Bail.

The pool connecting all rooms along with the pool bar provides great entertainment for all ages!

The hotel is very grand, classy and luxurious. There is a swimming pool surrounding the hotel. Can play to the beach, just be careful if the sea water is calm, I could meet the sea snake.
