Had issues with the room and the services in the beginning, but Bpk Riza and Bpk Rudi worked hard to rectify the situation and made our experience great again.
The room we stayed in is bright, with great views of the sunrise. The room, and the hotel, is a bit dated but the facilities, automated toilet, and fixtures were modern.
Thank you to the staff members who made our trip memorable, and displaying to the world the famous Indonesian and Balinese hospitality!
