Let me start off by saying the Dr and all the staff in the office so far after a year of going every 6 weeks has been great. until recently we have not had any issues calling and speaking to someone in the office for an appt.HOWEVER over the past 2 weeks we have called mutiple times upward of 30 times to reschedule an appt.bc we knew they are normally booked up a few weeks and rescheduling would push her appt back. So every time getting a VM stating they would call us back we even went as far as emailing them still will no reply. The day before my daughter appt they called to confirm the appt we have been trying to reschedule. After explaining my extreme frustration with calling and NEVER getting a call back she tells me she can't change the appt but will have the office call me back. So sad that after over 2 weeks of calling I still had wait for a call back. Luckly someone did return my call but like we knew would happen, rescheduling would push my daughters appt. out almost 4 weeks which is why we were trying so hard to contact the office. When she is to be seen every 6 weeks and has a wire poking causing pain waiting 4 more weeks is not ok. I would never had picked this type of orthodontist office if it wasn't only 1 of few orthodontist my not so cheap dental insurance covered. The extreme frustration of their phone system is enough for me to think about just paying for the rest of her treatment somewhere else.
