Absolutely AWFUL!! Their call center is outsourced...

Absolutely AWFUL!! Their call center is outsourced and to try and get anyone to get you in contact with the office is impossible. Everytime I need something I need to personally go into the office to talk to a manager.

Update: Doctors and Techs are awesome! Front desk help is so rude and nasty!
