Went here to buy a vehicle and trade mine in. Worked with Jamie V. He didn't play around - he heard what we wanted and helped us. He never once tried to get is in something we didn't want. He was so friendly.

Jomi at the service desk was very polite. My car was finished in under the amount of time she said it would take, which was very nice as I had my baby with me. Also, inside there were complimentary drinks, cookies, a TV, and even massage chairs!

Bought a Sienna here and had a great experience overall. Mac was very helpful with the whole process from start to finish and getting the infotainment stuff set up. We would recommend Mac as a salesperson for your visit.

We had a great experience with Toyota of Tri-cities. Our sales consultant Nicholas Thai was very friendly and patient with us. He got our daughter involved in picking our truck, she had a great time. Great customer service.

Came in for an oil change and they found the water pump was leaking on my Solara. They already got approval from the extended warranty to cover it and all I had to pay for was the timing belt and serpentine belt. Way to go Eduardo Alvarado and team!

After having chirping noise a Toyota dealership replaced the water pump, a belt pully and the crank pully, but we still have the noise.
At this Toyota dealership I told them I didn t want want them to replace a lot of parts unless they know what the problem is or I would end up getting an attorney. I was told by the service rep I should take my business elsewhere. After talking to the general manager and the service manager They offered no apology. I did not feel good about leaving my Toyota at this dealership and told them I would not get my vehicle served here. The General Manager then chewed me out saying I was the problem and chuckled as I walked out.
Since the dealership has commented I will continue. We got our Tacoma here from them new in 2011. The Tacoma came with a SNUG top from Toyota Kennewick. The locking mechanism has never operated properly. How many times has it been serviced? 6? Does it work now? No!
Going on a trip and wondering if I will be able to get my things out. It only works for a few months at a time and is not working properly any more! We started having problems right after we purchased the pickup but Toyota in Kennewick says it is not covered under the warranty! A true lemon!

In my opinion
I did not see any confidence or enthusiasm in the general manager or the service manager that they wanted or could fix the chirping noise in my Tacoma without just replacing parts like the other dealership.
So today I am truly disgusted that I ever bought a Toyota.

Took over 2 hours for oil change and that was for a scheduled appointment. It would take less time and effort buy the parts and change the oil myself. This was not the first time I ve set an appointment to try and get service done quicker only to be delayed significantly. Also, be careful of the service adding unnecessary work and they don t even realize they aren t listening to themselves or the customer. When you say I want an oil change and nothing else it doesn t mean it would be ok to write other services down to perform. Won t be going back to this Toyota and if I need services I don t have tools for it will be easier to travel down to Oregon and see if the service there is better.

Awesome customer service team. It's always great to see Jomi in the department, everything seems to run smooth when she is there. I love going to toyota of tricities because I know everything will be done right and if there are any concerns they go way above and beyond to get it right and then some. Y'all are excellent keep up the great work.

Just purchases a new 2018 Corolla and I absolutely love it! I traded in my 2012 Chei Malibu cause that was just not the car for me. My salesman Cruz did a great job I told him I was looking for a good basic car that would last me years in a good price! That s exactly what I got I love the waiting area they have snacks and offered water every time I went it that was great because it was super hot outside! I loved the kids area with my 1 year old son that does not like to sit still that kids area was perfect! They did have some wrong numbers but at the end it was okay because I ended up getting money back witch I will use towards my first car payment and now I don t have to worry about it for 2 months. They take care of you even after the sale Cruz scheduled me my first free service witch is great. They put in a rush for my license plates to come in because I was moving out of the state and sure enough one week later I got them! I will for sure be comeing back to buy from them again great service and great everything Thank you Toyota of Tri-Cities my son and I love our new Corolla! :)

Shopped around town for a few weeks looking for a new used minivan. This is the only dealership we went to that had what we wanted. But even if they hadn't, I'd rate them highly for the great service they provided us with. Our salesman Almir made the process quick and painless for us. Would definitely consider this dealership first the next time we're in the market for a new vehicle.

Toyota of Tri-Cities has been wonderful to work with! The sales team is superb and if you ever need help with questions in regards to buying new or used cars, I would highly recommend seeing their sales team today. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership, and they never fail to impress! The service and parts department at Toyota of Tri-Cities is phenomenal as well. Everytime I have ever had any questions or concerns they have dealt with me honestly and with a whole lot of integrity. They seem to be truly helpful in wanting the customers to be happy and to leave these departments a satisfied customer. The team of people have excellent ethical standards and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other people in regards to their loyalty to making your experience truly exceptional. I am a very satisfied customer.

I called on the first day a vehicle was put on the market and asked to put a hold deposit on it so I could go test drive it in a couple of days, sales guy said great but never sent the application. Next day no word from him, turns out he doesn't work that day, never passed along my case to another sales person. I get a new sales guy and get the ball rolling on a hold deposit, do the credit application, etc. New sales guy comes back a couple hours later and sold the truck out from under me.

I had higher hopes of finding the perfect vehicle, however, it didn't happen. They showed me nothing I was interested in, pushed leasing on me and also pushed two cars I had no interest in. I wasted over an hour just to walk away without a new car (or even a car that is a few years old) and with more frustration. They offered me basically scraps for my car, which has had nearly double as an offer from other dealerships. This was my third attempt in the past few years to look for a vehicle on this lot. I leave without a purchase everytime. I am very disappointed.

We are so glad we bought our new Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Tri-Cities. Everyone at the facility is extremely helpful and friendly from sales to servicing the car after the sale. We have purchased three Toyotas at Toyota of Tri-Cities from super salesman Noel Torres. We highly recommend Toyotas, Toyota of Tri-Cities, and Noel Torres.

Made an appointment for an oil change, requested on the phone a TRD filter. Was told they have one. Went for the service, no TRD filter, the attendant started making assumptions as to what weight oil to put in, actually got in a fight with me about it, popped my hood to show him what weight it takes. He failed to close my hood. He did let me know he'll order the filter, then told me no appointment necessary, I can just drive in but it may take 3 hours. I drove clear up to the Spokane Toyota Auto nation facility. 2 weeks later, these tri city clowns call and tell me they have my part fresh in from Portland. It takes 6 hours to drive from Tri cities to Portland....

Was looking at finally upgrading my truck, so i went in and talked with sales.
I know know why car salesmen are often referred to as men with no class and who try and take advantage of people. On my trade in, they said my rear-end was going out and that my title had a "ding" on it, making it worth significantly less. My truck has a front hub going out (100 $ fix) and the title really didn't really have a ding on it, that was a mistake on their part. Vultures!

Great service, very personable. We talked about the car we purchased for about 25% of the time, but the rest of the time we spoke about life and hobbies and real stuff. It was cool, I made a great connection with real people selling a great product. Made the whole process really easy and fun. I laughed a lot that day.

Toyota indicated to me at the time of my 60,000 mile service, they noticed a leaking shock absorber. They indicated $ 622 for the service. I contacted Lexus directly and they quoted $ 402. I went to Genesis in Kennewick where the replaced the shock absorber for just $ 161. Beware of what their service says.

Scheduled a trailer wire harness installation and ...

Scheduled a trailer wire harness installation and oil change. Made the appointment couple weeks ago. Arrived at 10 and service guy said it would be three to three and a half hours. I took a walk and ate lunch and when I returned two hours later I noticed my car parked out back. I watch for the next hour and my car did not move so I went and asked the status. I was informed that the harness was defective and I asked why no one bothered to call me. I said can I have my car so I can leave and when the service guy brought the car to me he informed me the oil service did not get done either. I asked if I could get it done before I leave. He said he would have to see if he could schedule it and I asked why he couldn t just run it through the quick express line because I have been here 3 hours already now. So I waited another 30 minutes and finally drove away without any resolution to my needing to tow a trailer the following Saturday.
I called the service manager first thing Monday morning and expressed my concerns and frustration. He offered me to drive it back to them and he may be able to get it done before Saturday but didn t know the status of the parts.
I would have had to take a day off work to accomplish getting there. He never made any attempt to compensate me by offering any kind of discount or guarantee .
Sunday I ordered an aftermarket harness and installed it Monday evening. I needed to reserve a rental trailer for the trip Saturday and did not want to rely on tri cities Toyota again.
I will no longer drive to tri cities for service. This was my first vehicle purchase at this dealership and most likely be my last.

All I can say is "Lee Davis" Salesman Extraordinary. Also remember, don't be insulated by the dealership sales managers first low ball offer on your trade in vehicle. They are just trying to make a buck and you are trying to save a buck. Even though Toyota of Tri-Cities are now a no haggle dealership there is haggling on your trade in value. Determine before you go in on an amount for the spread between your trade in value and the invoice price you are willing to pay and stick to it. Make the best deal you can.

David is always awesome, but the initial person that helped me was not very helpful. I don't know if she was just having a bad day, or what, but she was not interested in helping with the small issues I am having with my Tundra. David took care of it at the end, however, so I am mostly happy!

Honesty, and integrity would be the last two words I would use to describe this establishment. I can guarantee that I won t be recommending Toyota Of Tri-Cities to any of my friends, family, or colleagues. It is unfortunate when a company that speaks so often about being locally owned can t own up to its mistakes and rectify the situation. At this point I am unsure if I will even be using my three free services that came with purchasing a vehicle because I would rather pay the extra money than set foot on their lot again.

Just purchased a vehicle from Toyota, and couldn't be happier. Noel and Matias helped me get the best deal possible, and were awesome to work with. Gus helped me get an exceptional interest rate on my loan, and Dillon answered all of my car questions. Overall, a great experience, this is where I will be going for any future vehicles I buy.

I have bought and sold many cars. This dealership might look nice but they have horrible customer service when buying from them. I called 15 Toyota dealers in the Northwest, not one of them was close to as bad as this one with communication and customer service. They flat out lied multiple times. I bought from a dealer in Seattle who handled everything with ease and had great communication/service.

Fast, courteous service but they dropped the ball on my last two visits: they did not fill out the service record in my Toyota 4Runner owner's manual. At checkout, I asked if they had filled it out. When their answer was no, I asked and they then filled it out.

This may seem like an "old-school" item to many but when you go to sell your used Toyota to a private buyer, they will look for that owners manual documentation in addition to the wad of invoices from the dealer that you might have in your hand.

Great service. Also very nagotiatable. I would love it though if they would treat my car as if it was thiers. Came to get my mudflaps in. After picking it up i notice some of the mudflaps had not enough bolts. One of the mudflaps was just dangling. The car is only a few days used, and already theres stuff hanging. I think it was just a worker in a hurry to finish up and go home. Going back to get it fixed. Hopfully i dont run into the same problem again

Regular oil change & filter replacement plus cabin air filter & engine filter.
Both were dirty and needed replacement. Had van washed and after a bit over an hour it was all ready to go. All appeared OK with belts & hoses, etc.
Fluids topped off and other check-up points gone over. All appears good until the next appointment.

First, I tried to schedule a simple oil and filter change through the online schedule service. No one called or emailed per the instructions on the website. Had to call to schedule. The rep I spoke with was accommodating and friendly. She gets my only star!
Got to my appointment at scheduled time. Everything was fine until after the inspection. Service rep came in to tell me that even though the fluid levels were not low, I might need a water pump (because it could go out at anytime) and they had time to do it right then to the tune of over $700. Uhhh, no! Then said I needed new windshield wipers (which I had just replaced a month earlier). When I checked, the drivers side wiper was not fully engaged making it not hit the window evenly. Service rep tried to get me for another $50 for the wiper blades I didn't need. One week after having this service which included tire rotation, I got a warning light telling me I had a low tire. No holes, no leaks. Hmmmmm. Lastly, when done, I presented a coupon for $10. Obviously that didn't sit well with the rep as he grabbed his staple puller, ripped the staples out of the paperwork he had printed, threw the staple puller, trashed the papers, printed new ones and sent me on my way. I purchased my 1999 Solara brand new from this dealership and only had it serviced here once. Used Genesis, reliably, for the next 18 years. Guess I will take the Highlander back to Genesis in the future. No hassle, no games, just honest, reliable service. Can't say the same for this dealership. Obviously, someone thought I must be a dumb broad. Don't assume all women are stupid and vulnerable when it comes to vehicles. If this is how you train your employees on customer service, you need to change your policies. Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy.

The service was actually good but I had a very minor issue and rather than find a solution the manager wasted time arguing with me, for a good twenty minutes. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone and I won't be returning. I recommend traveling to Spokane or Kellogg instead.

Not perfect experience, but they did it right! Took vehicle in for Toyota recall work. Got the vehicle back and now the rear AC vents weren't working(unrelated to recall work). Took it back. They inspected and said they believed it was a computer. We approved the fix to the tune of $1,000. Finished... but the AC vents still didn't work. More checks revealed that a wire got disconnected during the recall work, causing the problem. Wire reconnected, old computer back in, everything working. Bill = $0. That's doing it right. They communicated with us the entire time and had the integrity to own the mistake. Gerald was our service rep. Great job Gerald! Thank you! We will be return customers.

Car buying is not the grueling experience it used to be, thanks to all the information available online. I submitted a request for information and received an email from internet representative, Mac Henrichs, at Toyota of Tri-Cities, immediately. He also followed up by phone the next morning. I visited another dealer first, but was "passed on" to another sales rep who gave me a somewhat hard-sell to buy a car beyond what I was looking for. Mac was prepared to show me exactly what I asked for. He did not try to "up-sell" but listened to my needs and provided pro's and con's of various choices. I'm not a car geek but I can tell when someone is BS'ing or doesn't know their product. Mac knows his stuff. I felt that I got a fair deal and well taken care of by Toyota of Tri-Cities for this sale.

When we lived in Virginia, we were very lucky to have a 5 star dealership near us to service our Toyota Tundra. When we moved to the Tri-Cities (West Richland) over 7 years ago now, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Toyota of Tri-Cities is another 5 star dealership. Their service and parts department has been exceptional and problem-free, the regular oil changes and maintenance are without hassle and the waiting area is very, very nice. They even have an "kid-friendly" play room where I can work remotely on my laptop while the kids watch TV and play with toys. Plus free bottom-less coffee and cappuccinos. Very nice! Love this dealership and will definitely recommended to everyone. Thanks!

I have had too many questionable experiences with their service department which, upon obtaining a second/third opinion from other mechanics/service centers, appear to have been attempts to charge me for far more than what was needed. I m not opposed to paying top dollar to have things done correctly, but I m also not interested in being told to make unnecessary repairs. They are not Better Busness Bureau certified like most Toyota dealers in the state - why?...

Bad customer service, I mean worst costumer service in town!! The service manager argues with you when you tell them what they did wrong and he won't stop, when I when in I was calm but hi took things to the next level, to the point of screaming at me! Just for a 14.99 error on there end. To top it off, I us to get emails when to take my car in and now I don't revive any at all!
