Very nice company! Especially in terms of communication and expectation. I knew exactly where I stood!

A very nice contracting company with very good staff

The quality of the construction of our new home built by ABB construction is very disappointing, aftercare should also be better. A small selection of the problems:

- Deception with SWK guarantee by surreptitiously obtaining '2nd signature', without defects being resolved.
- Cement splatters and large spot on the facade that is not picked up as a defect.
- Re-laying of a skewed brick section of an outer wall is done with a different color of bricks than the original (fortunately solved later, but gives an impression of the motivation of their employees and the quality of the work).
- Unassembled roof tiles that move (which we discovered later after delivery) will not be repaired under Warranty.
- Front door broken within 6 years (wood rot), incidentally with the entire row. Here too, ABB does not care

The quality of ABB construction company has been delivered and everyone has suffered from leaks from the roof, bathroom and lighting points. If you have your bathroom / toilet done through them as an option, it will not go 100% well, you will regret it because they have hired a self-employed person (both hare) with his son who cannot tile at all, the tiling is very much bad, everything is wrong. Almost all buyers complain about this from Haags Buiten. The supervisors of ABB construction who are assigned during construction also have no understanding of more and less work as an option (then it is preferable to have a child of 4 years old guide you). Sorry but with me other buyers regret buying these properties. You will not encounter the wrong points during delivery. Once you start decorating, the points come forward.

Im very happy with the quality of the construction in my new house. Also, I appreciate how they respond very fast if there are any problems. 5 stars!
