I am glad to have met and chatted with Jerry Mutal on Saturday 6/18th. I waited after his two days off to go back and see him and consider purchasing the bike he had pointed out. From beginning to end, it was just as I had envisioned--GREAT! Having been in car sales myself for several years, I was pleasantly surprised with the buying experience. Jerry is just great! Besides the purchase itself I really enjoyed having visited with him. His choice to have joined the Sales Dept at Desert Wind Harley-Davidson is a great asset to the Dealership and the community. I was just lucky to have run into him that Saturday. I had no intention of purchasing a bike in the near-mid-far future. His dedication to customer service and soft sales manner just made me do it. I thank him for it all.

When I went to buy I did have other dealerships I can compare Chester's to. From the sales experience with Wolf, to clothing to parts and service I have had a very comfortable experience. I like just hanging out sometimes, they make it comfortable with snacks, tables, rustic benches whatever you prefer. I recommend everyone to Chester's.

Went in with my husband today to check out bikes. We worked with Marcus and Logan. They were awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately we weren't able to leave with a bike due to our financial situation, but Marcus worked really hard to help us out as best he could. I definitely recommend Desert Wind Harley!

Well everyone at the dealership treated me extremely good while I was looking to buy a new bike told the salesman I needed to run over and get some food because my sugars were low. They had food brought in from mc Donald s which I wanted anyway saved me time and allowed me to finish my purchase with hiccups. I can t speak high enough of the staff they are all a group of extremely great guys and look out for the benefit of the customer

Typical bait and switch event at the dealership, advertise 75 % off, actually take about 50% off a very limited selection of their massively over priced Chinese inventory.

JJ Felici was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had new tires put in my 2008 Heritage.They tightened some loose bolt and washed the bike. I had left $35 in my windshield pouch, it was still there after the service. The service was awesome , I will definitely be back!! Very good customer service.

Use to really like coming here. The dealership went out of there way to help me out. Once I started bringing the bike in for service a plastic guard would be missing, the service advisor would tell me it fell off when I rode it and try to sell a new one each time. Well it just so happens that they take this pice off to wash the bike and leave it off when they deliver it to you with the hopes of an upsell. Belt is miss adjusted, engine oil over filled, does not clean the airfilter during normal service work. The dealer installed a camshaft, failed to follow harley instructions and sent me home with a poorly running bike. There answer was to buy more screaming eagle parts to make it run correct. Reading the instructions the first time would have been helpful I believe. Beware going here. The servic department really struggles to maintain these bikes. Lawyer up!!!!

I bought a 2020 Sport Glide today from Jerry Mutal. I could not be happier with the experience! I ve been in the car business for almost 18 years, so I know a good honest salesman when I see one.. true professionalism! John in finance was in the same level. Fantastic, honest service advisor Greg made sure to take care of my 2011 Electra Glide CVO, including taking care of a recall from 2011 that I was charged over $300 to "fix" back on PG! That is customer service!

From our first visit, before we purchased our Heritage, all the employees of Chester's HD treated us like old friends. They are always ready to help with whatever we need, from speakers to clothing. Since we purchased our softail, everyone treats us like family. As far as we are concerned, Chester's is a world-class facility.

Why is it so difficult to get a list price on a used Harley? I inquired today about a 2012 Street Glide thru the website. I just want to know the price before I waste my time coming up there. I don't want to be pitched through text messages about deals and trade in value etc. Just tell me what the price is before all that. Is that so difficult??

I recently spoke to Yvonne Holms and Timothy conrad about an event my hog chapter is planning at the dealership. I have to say both of these people were very professional and easy to deal with. This kind of help will make our event a great success.

The parts I was looking for were available but...

One person in the parts department to sell the part and wait on the customer while he made his purchasing decisions. Other employees are around but evidently only one person in the store can run the register.

I picked up my first bike at Harley Desertwind the peple there were super helpful and helped me find my first 883 iron super clean everything Logan was a great entry guy that helped me and Johny too everyone there went above and beyond to help me get on my dream bike I just wanted to say thank you so much I will refer all my friend and family to this place I love you guys again thanks for everything

The service i recieved from the Service Dept was excellent, JJ was very pleasant when i dropped off my bike, a call was made when my bike was completed, JT was very pleasant when i picked up my bike. Bike was clean and runs great. Thank you everyone.

Riding academy courses here were excellent. Gave me all the refresher skills I needed to feel confident on the bike again. The bike rental process was also smooth and all staff was helpful!

My wife and I went in to just look at a bike. We were greeted by Ray. From the minute we started talking to him he felt like a brother to me. Then he introduced us to Marcus.. Both of them were amazing. Then we meet Joe and that guy is great as well.. Joe thank you for your service in blue.

Completed repairs quicker than promised for less than the estimate!

Went in for parts for my bike. Everyone was real friendly and helpful. I stayed to look at bikes for a bit and was informed of all of the events coming up and no pressure to buy anything. Was an awesome experience.

We've always had great service from everyone at Chester's. We consider Chester's H-D to be our dealer and have no reason to go anywhere else.

No price tag on the new bikes, price negotiations sucks, trade in evaluation is very low. It use to be good.

I realize it was late on Monday after bike week. But the sales staff pretty much ignored us. Lots of other dealerships around.

Went to see if they had a specific part didnt have it on hand but the staff was awesome talked with Ray. He showed me a bike but didnt pressure me at all and had a great short time here.

Larz spent most of the day patiently answering questions and caring to the needs of my wife and I.
Even though I did, he never got frustrated.
He walked me through the whole process and was able to help me find the bike my soul ached for.

From start to finish, my experience was excellent. Brett W. was professional and consultative. Together we determined the correct bike based on my requirements. I was offered a fair trade on my bike and a number of concessions were made to earn my business. I have, and will continue, to recommend DWHD to my friends.

They were very professional and was not pushy. They gave me the space I needed to make my decision and ended up purchasing my 2020 Street Glide. Adam and Johnny worked hard to find me the bike and interest rate I was looking for. The garage was amazing. They have a lot of bays and mechanics to get you in and out the same day from what they told me. I would make Desert Wind my last stop, as you will more than likely end up purchasing from them. I recommend giving them a chance.

Worse place to buy a bike! The new GM doesn't have a CLUE about running a dealership. LIES!!! LIES!!! LIES!!! That is how Kathy McKenzie runs and ruins a business. So sad to see such a great place get flushed down the toilet
