Great service that made our Toyota Camry purchase wonderful! Salesmen and management took care of our desires and wants ensuring we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

We were on a road trip in the midst of a weeklong vacation leaving Walla Walla with a ferry reserved for the next day. Our car lit up with all sorts of warning lights firing off. We decided to spend the night in Kennewick and go to toyota of Tri-Cities early on Monday morning hoping that we could get the issue fixed quickly so we could catch our ferry to the San Juans. Jomi Gross set up the inspection with the technicians quickly. She came back and told us that we needed a coolant valve (???) replaced and that it is a 3 hour job. We asked about loaners and rentals because we had decided we would just leave the car there if it required lengthy repairs and pick it up on our way back to Portland. Jomi sensed our panic and mentioned putting 2 technicians on the job to shorten our stay and get us on the road. We were on the road in an hour and a half and made it to our ferry in time. Thanks to Jomi and the technicians at Toyota of Tri-Cities for a job well done and fantastic customer service.

I stopped in for a oil change while working out of town and I'm extremely happy with the amazing service they provided! I didn't have an appointment but they said it was no problem, my total time at the service department was half compared to my scheduled appointments at Broadway Toyota in Portland!!! If I lived in the Tri Cities I would definitely come here for all of my service needs. Everyone was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable, thank you for the outstanding service!!! :)

She makes the service department great. Having the shuttle back and forth while my car was repaired was great. Toyota service department makes everything worth while.

Nice at first but not willing to negotiate prices. Added things to the car such as tires that only rubbed on the fender when turning. Took them out for smaller tires and barely lowered cost. If you're looking to negotiate don't come here. They tell you there is already a deal/discount on the car when really it would be the same if not better other places. The prices online sound good at first but become false when the real pricing comes out. The "no haggle price" is just a ploy when I could obviously haggle better elsewhere. You could get a better deal on a car at another place.

I just bought a used 2012 Mazda 3i from Erick Lounsbury last week. It was such a quick and easy process! I was hoping to trade in (or private sell) my 2006 Durango because I was tired of putting money in to repair things year after year. However, I was really apprehensive about getting myself into another car payment after having none for the last several years. Erick totally understood my concerns about the payment and made sure to only show me cars that would be in the range I was comfortable with. I felt no pressure at all and he really seemed to want the best for me. In fact, he pointed out this great looking Mazda and told me the HWY mileage was 40mpg! I was getting 14mpg on the Durango, so this was a great bonus.

I never even thought about it before he pulled out his calculator and we crunched the numbers, but if gas is averaging around $3/gallon, then this car will save me at least $160/mo in gas costs!! Guess how much my car payment is? $177/mo! So.... I am actually only spending $17 more a month than when I was driving the old rig...but now I have this beautiful (almost) new car! For me it is like getting the car for free! :)

I love it! I just went up and back to Seattle on one tank of gas for $22! Toyota put brand new tires on the car before I bought it, so I will also save on that expense (was about to purchase a new set for the Durango). They gave me a very fair price on my trade too. I looked at fair market value for private sale and could have done slightly better going that way, but it needed several repairs and I was really relieved that I wouldn't have to deal with that expense or hassle!

It was so nice to work with someone who really listened to my needs and made sure that I was entirely happy with everything before finalizing the sale. If you want to feel no pressure when searching for your next new (or used) car, I would highly recommend Toyota (Erick in particular)!

They are helping me get parts that only South Toyotas have.

When you purchase a vehicle and you pay for your oil changes in advance you go down to get your oil changed because they won't let you make an appointment you sit in line they have everybody get out of line then let everybody get back in line and not the same order and take the people behind you first is frustrating. So you leave without getting your oil changed. To top it off they call you days later to ask you to make an appointment for your oil change. Which is it make an appointment for your oil change or you don't have to make an appointment for your oil change do you get in line or is it just everybody can do whatever they want.

Zack T. Was our salesman and Paul O. Was our finance guy they both worked with us to get the best deal and warranty on the used subaru we purchased from them for my wifes commuter car. They made it a pleasant and comfortable experience even with our 2 children with us.

They have a nice facility. Can't find many other positive qualities.

They are not Better Business Bureau certified. Why can't they obtain this status??? It prevented me from purchasing my new Toyota vehicle from them. Most other dealers in Washington are BBB certified.

Their service department is very questionable.

Took in my vehicle prior to a long road trip and was told the tires were fine. During the trip, ran over a nail. Took it to a reputable tire center to have it fixed. They showed me that the inside of my tires were bald and commented it was a safety hazard and they needed to be replaced immediately. Went to another local store for a second opinion and got the same diagnosis. Why didn't Toyota of Tri-Cities catch this prior to my trip?

In the fall, went in for an oil change. Had them check my squeaky brakes. They said all was fine. Went to a reputable chain and they said brakes were in bad shape, causing the squeal and should be replaced. Got a second opinion from another location - confirmed. Why didn't Toyota of Tri-Cities catch this?

Bad track record. Cannot recommend.

Terrible service all they want is your money and when something happens to your 40000 truck they dont care wont get any help from them

I typically don't write reviews, but Toyota of Tri-Cities has been a pleasure to work with. In August 2013 I used my COSTCO membership to purchase a new Camry. The dealership had just started working with COSTCO on this type of purchase. There were no negotiations on the new car price and only minor negotiations on my trade-in. I received very good service.

Toyota of Tri-Cities has been the sole maintenance provider for my Camry. A few hick-ups with the service department occurred with the beginning of their service, but after speaking with the Service Manager things have turned around. I am very pleased with their professional service and attitude.

Everyone at Toyota of Tri-Cities is very friendly very helpful, I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Went in for a regular oil change, enjoyed using the kids' room, having a little snack, and Toyota's friendly staff. I had forgotten about an issue they brought up on a previous inspection and they took care of it right away. The shuttle dropped us off at home and picked us up when they had completed the work. They even let me come in and take a look at what they were repairing.

We bought a car here, in the process of payment of our trade in they did not get an accurate payoff amount. So they called and I was told over the phone it was taken care of...only to get a bill in the mail for the remaining amount. I continued to ignore as I was told it was dealt with. They then turn this bill over to collections! Seriously?!
I wouldn t recommend anyone to deal with these professional crooks!

Every aspect of our car sale was messed up. We already reviewed the buying of it so we tried to trade it in a year after we bought it. They wouldn t give us a good trade in value. This would be the third new car in 12 months. We called Rodgers Toyota and they gave us more. Then we cancelled our warranties with them and 6 weeks later no money so we call and Toyota of TriCities never did the paperwork. So now we wait longer for our thousands back from our trade. Never again will I buy it even tell someone to take their car there. They don t care about customers at all.
Let s add to this. Our 15k mike service includes tire rotation but they can t rotate our snow tires already on rims to our car. That s extra even though they already include tire rotation. So I m thinking they probably don t rotate our tires they just say they do or else why would it cost extra.

With the new owners, the idea is to have no-haggle pricing, but that's definitely not what my experience was. Pretty good dealership, definitely still having typical sales / dealership mentality from my experience.

I recently bought a 2017 GMC Terrain SLT AWD. The sales lady, Rosy Florian was outstanding. Her customer service acumen is for all to emulate. I traveled from Bremerton, WA across from Seattle to purchase this car. It was exactly as described by Rosy. Her genuine caring attitude coupled with her infectious friendly personality made my buying experience very pleasant. The whole buying experience lasted less than an hour and I was off driving my car across the Cascades. Rosy is very loyal to her dealership and greatly contributes to the high reputation of this dealership. I will buy again from Rosy when opportunity arise. R/John G

Worst experience ever today... By appointment only makes it very inconvenient with my work schedule. I also felt rushed, and ignored. I will be taking my business to Rogers in Hermiston.

Ask for Justin! (Tall 6'2 guy) he was very nice, let us test drive multiple cars before we bought one. Very knowledgeable car dealer. He even gave us his cell number in case we had problems!

Had an appt at 8:00. They said it would be an hour. I say awhile, went outside to look at used cars. Listened intently for their page. Came back in ten minutes before the hour they said it would take. Waited another hour then asked about why it was taking so long. I was told they had paged and called my phone 15 minutes before the first hour! My fault, I was just too patient! My contention is why did they not page me every so often, they let me sir there a whole hour!!!!! Poor service, no apology, it was my fault!!!!

Tony Corral assisted me on purchasing the dream car I ve ways wanted. He treated me like I was his friend and not a customer. He took car of me from start to finish. I almost walked away from the deal but he had talk to his bank and presented me an offer I couldn t refuse. Thanks Tony for making the process smooth and enjoyable!! Five stars all day

Took my car in for service on 01/06/17 and although I didn't receive loyalty pricing for my service because the vehicle wasn't purchased there I was surprised with the customer service. The shuttle van was extra busy so the service manager took me where I needed to go during my service. Thanks again Leonard for the special treatment!

The Toyota if Tri-Cities team bent over backwards to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted they were beyond excellent!

The dealership was under construction when I showed up the people were very happy to help me look at trucks. They were very good at answering any questions that I had about vehicles and giving ideas it all kind of went downhill when I asked for value on my truck and asked if they could give me something in paper the guy then stated we don't do that here we're here to sell trucks not to give people values on theirs we don't do them on paper because people leave and take that someplace else I had drove Oregon to look at that dealership. The person was then offened when I said I was going to go get food to feed my son and would come back if they gave me a value.

Well i can update this review at the moment considering my first service experience through Toyota in Tri-cities hasn't been completed yet. Saturday I called into service asking to see if my radiator would be under factory warranty and the gentlemen replied that it would be to bring it in on Monday... Then i was told it would not be covered under factory warranty. I went out found my Toyota service agreement it was covered under that... There was not a loaner vehicle offered or available. Which was fine since I was told it would be done by 10 am the next morning.. 10 am came by and I didn't received a phone call i called and now the vehicle will not be done until 6 pm. So it hasn't been the best experience so far.

Great experience and smooth process beginning with initial phone call. The salesman, Steven, was sincerely interested in my situation and what I needed. Another salesman, Jeff was also genuinely motivated to make sure I got the car I wanted. They worked with me to find the right car in my price range with zero hassle. The process to buy the car was seamless from start to finish. I even got a phone call the next day to see how I was liking my car. The customer service was well worth the drive from TriCities! I will be buying my next car at ww Toyota!

You guys did an amazing job replacing my alternator. I am so glad I purchased an extended warranty with Toyota. My SUV is working great, you guys caught another issue with my vehicle while running a diagnostic test and took care of the issue. I only paid the 110 deductible and the warranty covered about 800. Your service department has knowledgeable staff who answers all my inquires. Eduardo Alvarado and John Peacey have provided great assistance.

They were timely and the parts I ordered were there too. And they have a fantastic waiting area with water, juices, cookies and other snacks to boot! It's actually a pretty nice place. If you're only getting your oil changed or tires rotated, they are a bit on the slow side, but they tell you how long it will be so you can plan accordingly and give you a call when it's ready for pickup. I think they even have shuttle service, but I didn't need to use it.

My experience was positive with the exception of oil drip on my garage floor after oil change. Oil drip from Lexus RX450 should not be acceptable!

I was very impressed with the proffesionalsim and ease of shopping. I worked with Diego who let me wonder and at no point pressured me into a deal. I bought a 2019 Tacoma and traded my car, both I felt like we're good deals. When it was time to close they offered the usual array of add ons but did not force me into any of them just brought them up. As a person who HATES dealerships this was a pleasant experience. With that said I also did my research and was ready before I went in with my prices on everything.

WORST SERVICE ADVISER IVE EVER DEALT WITH.

I towed my Lexus into Toyota and ask them to diagnose my check engine light. all they ended up doing was trying to upsell me when all I wanted to know was to fix the check engine light issue. He clearly didn't know anything about my car and told me that my car had coil packs when I know it doesn't. It's a 1993 and it has ignition coils but I don't think he understood that. He was telling me to replace my alternator and a oil leak before they can figure out what the check engine light is. I wasted my time and everything. Don't go to Raul in service he doesn't know anything.
