My husband and I worked with this company to get pre-approved for a house. Starting out it was great, they seemed eager to help us and gathered the information they needed. Unfortunately once they determined that it would be more difficult based on our situation, they didn't communicate with us and left us in the dark on what was going on. My husband and I reached out to Bob and at first he was helpful and got in contact with the associate who first assisted us but once they could not help us Bob was very rude and said we are more than welcome to get a second opinion elsewhere. We only tried to get more information from Bob because we were frustrated but with how disrespectful he was to my husband we are left in a very frustrating position. If you are in a good situation to get pre-approved then I'm sure this company is great to work with but if there are issues they will throw you aside and become very disrespectful in the process.

I would stay away from these folks, very shady and unreliable. They don't like to help you if you have a low income or credit score. They are not consistent with communication and they will try to pin it on you that you did not follow up with them. They don't like to do any extra work to helping you achieve a loan.
