Mike was so helpful in explaining how the process worked the steps to make the loan happen and everything my wife and I needed to do on our end to get the loan that we wanted. Mike also worked tirelessly to find the best loan and the lowest interest rate that was available to us! I previously have had a couple mortgage loans and none of them have worked as hard as Mike Lokie and the people at Signature Mortgage!!
