Steve Garrott was incredibly wonderful to work with. All financial questions were answered in a timely manner, his demeanor was very professional, and the APR we were able to obtain was much lower than that other companies had to offer. I definitely recommend SMC and Steve Garrott, to even my most close friends and relatives. I would gladly work with them again if we ever chose to move in the future.
