Steve Garrot and his team made my first home purchase amazingly quick and pretty easy. They are extremely knowledgeable and take pride in what they do & do it well. They make sure all the info your potential lender requires is delivered to them with every T crossed. I was not an easy applicant for them but found a lending institution that accepted my data and approved in a couple weeks and I was moving in and am still here with the same mortgage company. What has really made a difference is over 3 yrs later I receive timely emails with valuable info and tips from Steve about home ownership and it's good to know I wasn't forgotten.
