Very unprofessional. They failed to return any of my paperwork including original copies of important documents. Their timekeeping is very poor and they seem to be incredibly disorganised, often requesting information with less than 24 hours notice.

Considering the cost of implementing an in house HR Department, we decided to appoint HR2day as an external resource, which is significantly more cost effective. Far more than just an insurance policy , they are always on hand to offer advice and to assist in all areas of HR. In our first year of signing up they have helped to resolve a number of issues. One of the best decisions I have ever made. After running a small business for over 10 years and trying to handle staff in a somewhat informal way, I decided that as the company started to grow and HR issues would often trip me up, it was time for me to adopt a more formal approach.
