I had to switch lenders last minute because the previous lender backed out of my mortgage and was saying that I was unable to qualify for the load I applied for even though I was repeatedly told that there would be no issue. Defeated, I Googled the type of loan I was applying for and Signature Mortgage was the first thing to pop up. So I looked them up, read some reviews, and thinking this was too good to be true, I called them up and explained my situation.

Cody James was assigned to my loan and he made everything much easier on me than my previous lender. I had most of what we needed from my first loan application and about a week and a half to secure the loan. Pressed with this deadline, Cody did everything efficiently and I was able to close on my house without issue! He made it so easy and I was always treated like a friend. If I didn't understand something he would explain it in a way that made sense. He gave good advice and was honest about what might happen if I did this or that. I was very pleased. If I ever purchase another home I would definitely use Signature Mortgage again.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Justin Simmons on my loan process!!!! I m sure others are good too but this guy is GREAT!! He helped me from square one to get my credit lined out so I could even get a home loan to the finishing steps on closing day. Not only did I find a GREAT loan specialist, I ve found a friend after the fact. We shared a lot of the same interests which made everything more pleasurable for the process. He s a great guy and I would HIGHLY recommend him and his company.

So I worked with Brian Poirier from signature mortgage. The truth is I thought that I was going to have a horrible experience buying for the first time. Brian made this the best experience that I possibly could have had for buying a home for the first time. He was very good at communicating what was going on with me, he was quick at making sure all documents and paperwork were submitted at the proper time, and this was all done during the pandemic. I would easily suggest him for anyone who wants to get financed for a mortgage or refinancing a house.
