First time home buyer, I wasn t sure where to start. I got in touch with a family friend (thanks Cindy!) who works for Signature. She directed me to Brian Winkler who went over loan options and provided me with a pre-approval letter same day, on a Saturday no less! Once I had my property contract, the loan process and communication was excellent. I was always kept in the loop and had all my many questions answered. I was very impressed with this transaction, and would highly recommend!
