I have no complaints about the actual services I have received at this location. Dr. Falkenberg is always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I do feel the lobby area could use some changes to make it more Covid appropriate. The day I was there, when three doctors were in the office, there was a continous line that contained both arrivals and patients who had completed their appointments and were waiting to hand in paperwork and leave or set up new appointments. People coming in and those leaving had to find a way to avoid the line as best they could. This situation never got better. I don't know what the solution is, but something needs to change. Perhaps a separate exit where those leaving could take care of business and then leave without lingering in the lobby.
