My mother has seen Dr. Hayes twice in 2 weeks. She was told she has an eye infection and stressed how critical it was to clear this up. Was given two prescriptions and instructed to bathe with baby shampoo and rest with a hot compress. On the second visit, my mom told Dr Hayes that her eyes were worse, she did not seem concerned, and said to stop the medicine, and use over the counter drops. Going for a second opinion.
