They promised free lifetime touch-ups with LASIC surgery, but when I contacted them ten years later for a touch-up, they told me that I would have to pay because technology has changed.

There appears to be no way to respond to a response, but I tried to call and got a machine telling me that, "The System Operator cannot be reached."
